OMG! The wait time was horrible & it wasn't even busy! Our receipt said the food would be ready @ 7, & we'd receive a text...still haven't gotten a text. 50min later, & only 2 of 4 orders were ready...of course it was the kids order that wasn't ready. This place was waaaaay too pricey for the quality of the long awaited food...the milkshakes were delicious tho. My burger was missing the portabella mushrooms, caramelized onions, & melted White American cheese...just a plain burger...read full review
Over priced and fries were cold.
Service was terribly SLOW and had to return French Fry because they were cold. I guess because they had the fry’s done before burgers was done. Cookout burgers are much better and the service is faster and much cheaper.
