There's a reason the parking lot is empty. The food is just okay. However, it is expensive and the staff is just flat out rude.

It's hilarious that you think sending me coupons for free food is going to fix an issue where I don't even feel comfortable entering the business.

Eating outside was great but our veggie burgers were very dry and not the best. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Corporate needs some help. We were asked lots of questions concerning choices that we had no knowledge of the answers from the menu boards. Prices were as expected. The property is a little difficult to get into. Onion rings were really good.

First time eating at habit burger and the burger was not good, no taste or flavor & it was to salty. Eating the fries were like chewing on cardboard. I was disappointed with the food. The service was good. I will not be eating here again.

Picked up a catering order, no greeting from anyone.. Looked like a manager and counter person when i entered. I immediately said hello.. Nothing.. I'm here to pick up a catering order. The counter person repeated what I said to the manager.. who continued to put gloves on and go back to what she was doing. She didn't even look at me, or acknowledge that I was there. The counter person then pointed to the one order that was sitting there. I assumed that was my order because certainly no one acknowledged, they only pointed. Very rude in my opinion. Thankfully I was just picking up an order because I don't think I would go back there to eat. There was no one else in the the restaurant.. Not a good atmosphere at all.

This was our first experience and I’m not impressed. It cost a family of 3 almost $50 to eat FAST FOOD and then they wanted to up charge us for (1) additional Caesar dressing. I’m sorry but if you’re going to charge $50 for 3 FAST FOOD entrees, the least you can do is not be stingy/greedy over a single dressing. Whatever happened to customer service? Oh and my burger was cold. If this were my establishment I’d be embarrassed….I had to come back and edit my review. Also the restrooms were disgraceful. Toilets were clogged, automatic toilets weren’t functioning, paper towel dispenser was empty and the crew was obnoxiously loud behind the counter.

Great value for the quality. Our family of 5 enjoyed many of the options! Not one of us ordered the same thing! Good flavor and portion size priced right! Winner winner! I ordered the Santa Barbara char burger on sourdough bread with generous portions of avocado- so good! My husband ordered the portobello burger and it was amazing. One son ordered the barbeque bacon and loved it. Good choice for quick, quality at a reasonable price. So glad they are in my neighborhood ?

Every time we come to the Greensboro location there is no one here. The service is awful, food is great but it can’t last when you are literally rude to the people paying for the food.

The food was great! The tempura green beans were delicious! The fries were great! The chocolate shake was rich and creamy, and the bbq bacon cheeseburger was huge and yummy!

The wait in the drive through was ridiculous. However, my food was fresh and surprisingly delicious. This was my first time eating here. I ordered the number 1 with half tempura greens and fries. Everything was fresh and the sauces that came with my side were delicious. The grilled onions ? on my burger made it taste even better. I’ll definitely return.

I do not recommend anybody to eat here. I found hair on my cheeseburger. It wasn’t even cooked right

I went by there today and got the portobello and swiss burger. It was really good. It was messy but who cares. I'll be back to try more of their menu. ?

Great food. Service was ok. Not stellar. I have a child with food allergies. When I asked the person taking my order to relay the info to the cook they were a bit short with me. After we were seated I did however hear them tell them. Just could have been a bit nicer.
