I always enjoy the atmosphere. The couple that owns “The Healthy Shape” are the most beautiful people. Very supportive and encouraging; never to pushy but they meet you right where you are and are ready to help you with your goals. They share great recipes and quality ready made products too. I would highly recommend you try them yourself.
