Arrived on a Saturday at 4:45. Ordered food at 5 , by 6:05 my food had not yet arrived but my wife’s did. Our server was Leo and was very polite and professional but seriously. Over 1 hour for fried shrimp???.

Wasn't serving alcohol, short staffed, gift card machine was not working forcing my party to pay out of pocket when we were not planning on.We waited 15 minutes when the restaurant was empty, was not pleased at all.

At the time that I went. there was only 1 server. They are slow about bringing out the food. they are slow when taken your order. they are slow when seating you. All i can say is good luck

I've had this place Door Dashed before, food was good, no complaints. Went to dine in...service was trash. It was giving short staffed. We left after waiting about 5 mins...the welcoming was lackluster...the people that were there before we arrived said they had been waiting for carryout for about 20mins! We were like nah we good and dipped out. We already knew it was gonna be a mess and didn't have the patience that day.

The service was good and there wasn't a wait. The food was pricey, they didn't have many options without crab legs, and they don't give you a lot of sauce in the bag. The waitress was very friendly. I will return. The food is pricey but still good.

The Juicy Crab is a seafood lover's paradise! I recently dined there and was blown away by the freshness and flavors of their dishes. The crab legs were perfectly cooked and so flavorful, and the shrimp was juicy and delicious. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was lively. I can't wait to go back!"

First time there and it was a one and done. Got to the restaurant at 5:15. We Waited about 15 minutes for the server to even ask us what we wanted to drink. She came back 10 minutes later just to tell us that they ran out of tea and we’re not making anymore for the rest of the night. Ordered our food five out of nine ordered boil bags. When they came out, everyone’s food was mixed in each other’s bags.Two people did not even get their bags, and was not told until an hour later that they were mixed in someone else’s bag after they had already ate it. Myself, and one of the children that were at our table did not get our food until right before everybody was getting ready to leave.The waitress was very nice and explained what happened after an hour of trying to figure where everybody’s food was at. I do not think that the food was worth the price that we paid ($104 for One boil bag, kids, popcorn, shrimp, kids, chicken strips, and neither one got a drink, 4 adult sodas and 2 chicken tender baskets) When we first arrived, there was not that many tables seated, and it took us over an hour and a half to get our food. For me, this place was a one and done deal.

Heck no! This place is terrible. Seriously. We were told at 6:55pm it would be a 25 minute wait. 2 hours later we finally get food and no fork or utensils to eat with. No condiments. And they are taking 18% for gratuity! Absolutely not! I’m literally waiting to speak with a manager while my server is mixing drinks. My tea is clear!!! Why is my sweet tea clear!!! The floor is disgusting!! The bathroom is worse but I will spare you the details. Just know I will never return. We are here celebrating my daughter’s birthday. This is my first and last visit. I suggest you just not even come to this place. It’s terrible!!!
