We often forget about Porterhouse because there are so many burgers in this town, but we really enjoy everytime we go there. The food is very good, and they have some unique things that stand out - recently they've change their menu to be a little less unique which is a shame but I understand the need to make business decisions and it seems like everyone in town has changed their menu this past winter. The service is always friendly although they always seem a bit understaffed which means their servers are working pretty hard sometimes. We frequently go to Porterhouse for birthdays or in other small groups as they have something for most people and are fairly priced.

Porterhouse on Market is always a top tier experience. Todd is an amazing manager and has gone out of his way to make a meal right even if I didn't complain about it, but he just happened to notice something didn't look right. Jason is a great asset and host as well. Bri is always a joy to converse with and helpful. Top tier help, top-tier food. I never have a bad time going here.

I love this restaurant. My only complaint is the days you choose to close are the days I'm off and craving a Hello Dolly. That's not your fault and doesn't affect the quality of your restaurant...I'm just hungry and craving it ?

We stopped in for lunch and were pleasantly surprised by how delicious our food was! I ordered the Caesar salad with shrimp and my husband had the French dip. Both were excellent! The hot chips were perfectly crunchy, the shrimp were seasoned to perfection. So good! Will be back!

Their burger was so delicious that it made me realize I love honey mustard more than PDQ which shut down recently in Winston Salem, but they amazingly realize that they can twist a burger with jalapenos and go gochujang burger of my dreams. They went full bangme brioche-style Burger which I surprsingly finished in a single sitting. Absolutely delicious. Go here some time for your next burger

Food is a good deal, well worth the money. As good as burgers that are twice the price! Vegan as well as vegetarian options. Staff go way above and beyond. Atmosphere is family friendly, and they remember you! ?Vegetarian options: They have "beyond meat" but if you want to stay away from UPFs, they have a homemade black bean burger that I would recommend instead.

We visited Porterhouse on Saturday, February 25th for lunch. We were a little after 1pm so we were able to sit right away. Everything that was brought to our table was fantastic! The portion sizes were filling to the point we had no room to try a dessert. Everything tasted truly "home cooked". The meat on the French dip was easy to bite without ripping completely apart and the au jus was savory without being overly salty. The green beans were my standout on the meatloaf plate. They were straight out of grandmas kitchen and I could eat them every day! They do have a new menu with comfort classics but they also still offer their famous burgers. We will definitely be repeat customers. Check out their new menu when you have a chance!

They had just updated their menu and I wish I had taken a picture. Service was spot on. My husband had a burger and it was perfect. I had the chicken goat cheese salad it was great. We will defiantly be back when in Greensboro. There are several thing on the menu I want to try.
