Unfortunately, almost every thing we ordered they didn't have. No chicken, no broccoli, no wedges, no coke, no pulled chicken, and only half rack ribs. Normally we don't have issues. But this visit was very disappointing..
A nearly-empty restaurant on a Saturday afternoon but an hour's wait to be seated? Forget it. Whoever is managing this place needs to step up their game.
Little dark but great servers and very attentive. Good was good. Or much for a Frenches ketchup person. Preference I suppose also up north:) Ribs we fall off the bone good, Mac and cheese felt a little old and barely warm, and fries were great. Lots of sports on. It was late so I’m not judging. Well worth the stop.
This place is good for you and your family recommend 100% the food is very good we don’t wait to much for our food
Waited on a Wednesday at 2:00 slow service, empty restaurant and bartender and waitstaff sitting talking on cell phones. Other customers (6 entire restaurant) having to ask for silverware napkins etc…. Will not go bk!

Can't handle a simple doordash order for one person at 6:30PM food got canceled and now I'm sitting at waffle house.
Terrible wings barely any flavor or seasoning and you can tell these are frozen wing from the store that just need to be baked and sauced.

Nikki was the name of the employee!! She had an inviting smile and bubbly personality. My experience went smooth and the food was great

Where you begin? My experience with 'The Wing Experience', an entity of Smokey Bones is not very customer focus. So I place my order for pickup and they say 8:30, Kool. Got there, picked up my order and drove back home. I get home and I can't find anything I ordered. I paid extra for all flats. Can you help me find that plate? Then we both had two different sauces per order of wings, can you help me identify the difference in sauces or if you can find any sauce? Then we paid extra for sauce/seasoning on fries. Not only did we not get that but we got fries that appeared to be sitting waiting to be rescued all day. So I call. \\\"May I speak with the manager, please? That was the best part of the experience. So I take it back. She says, \\\"well I cancelled everything out so now you need to pay for the meal you kept, which is 18.67.\\\" My response, \\\"So, I paid $68 for food. You didn't give me a refund but tell me to pay an additional$20.\\\" The end result no food or refund and paid an additional fee. My advice don't waste your ENERGY on this experience or with Smokey Bones-Greensboro.
Ordered from them on Uber Eats. Ordered just some crinkle fries and 12 boneless wings with 2 different sauces.When my order got to me there were no fries at all and only one sauce that barely covered the, hard, stale wings. How nice.....Not.
I wrote a review couple months ago, but somehow it was removed. this place was the worse. wings were not all the way cooked.ordered online,when we arrived everything was wrong, staff told us we were wrong until staff finally got our receipt and realized we were right(we knew what we ordered) paid $68 and couldnt eat none of it, went in trash, called the store when we got home after trying the wings asked to speak w manager, said she was in kitchen and couldnt be bothered and refused to let us talk w someone. tried for several days and still resolved nothing. sent an email, still nothing. save yourself time and money and go somewhere else for wings.
I really liked the atmosphere, the food and especially the attention of the waitress Sofia, very attentive and friendly, spectacular service
