Hands down the WORST restaurant downtown. It has nothing to do with their food as I never got to try it. I walked in and waited 10 minutes for one of the 4 people behindthe bar to greet me and get my order. There were only 7 people in the bar so they were only busy talking amongst themselves. I was told 10 minutes for my to go order. After spending 30 minutes listening to a time life infomercial for a collection of love songs on CD(I am not joking the infomercial was on all 7 TVs and blaring on the overhead speakers ) I finally had to leave. At no point during those 30 minutes did someone check on me, get me a water, anything. The service is so unbelievably bad it is almost funny( but it's not). This is the only time I have wanted to give a restaurant a negative score.

Me and my best friends came here for my friend's 29th birthday from out of town after it was recommended by our Lyft driver. Our group was 2 white girls and 2 black girls. We were told at the door that drinks were 1 dollar, but apparently that's only if you're not white. Me and my friend were charged $5 a drink while everyone else paid less. As a white person I was disrespected by the staff and even by other customers in the bar, some of which wanted to know why me and the other white girl were even there. I left feeling degraded. The Zone is a RACIST place against white people, at least it was that night.

One of the servers ran my transaction twice and the business owner refused to refund me for the second charge, which had forced me to file a dispute with my bank. If you are crazy enough to spend your money here, at least make sure it's in cash so you can count out your change! Smh.

And what kind of Mac and cheese are you cooking that takes 2.5 hours to bake?! Never coming back here. Pause. The food comes in a to-go box!?!!

The Zone use to be a regular spot for me and friends but as of recently the quality of the establishment is not the same. They send promotional messages saying one thing and then you get there and it's something different. For example, I get to the front and the girl tells me it's $25 to get in. I tell her that the text message says ladies free b4 12 if you're 21+ and she tells me "oh we cut that off." Then the message also said Long Island and blue motorcycle drinks $2....th

This place is absolutely terrible I would not recommend that place to anyone. The girl bartender is so worthless she took more selfie's of herself than we got drinks. The drinks were so week. She didn't even know how to change the TV if I was the owner I would be pissed off. Worthless place. I had to give it one star because it wouldn't let me give it zero.

I would not recommend anyone to eat at this establishment. The bathroom are full of filth. The staff, their rude. Usually its the customer is always right. Not here. Its the staff over peopl who is spending their hard earned money. This place is to urban. They will ban you from coming back like their better then McDonald's or something. Save your money. Your better off with a happy meal

If I could give this place no stars, I wouldn't hesitate. So, it was my first time going last night and I was told anyone under 21 was 5$. Cool, my bf and I are a few months shy of 21 and I was okay with paying the 5$. We wait in line and I get through and pay my 5$ along with my other friends who were 21 when they were supposed to be free. I'm waiting for my Bf and he finds me and says that he can't get in because he's not 21. So, I get a refund and we leave. I then find out guys don't have to be 21 to get in. I wasted my time, money, etc because they wanted to make new rules out of the blue. Don't go here if you aren't 21 and make sure you have cash on you if you do or you'll be a**ed out .

This is an okay bar! There is certainly major room for opportunity. There are two levels one is dance floor :2nd level and the 1st level have television screens and a bar. I would consider this the bar level. This is my second there on a Saturday night. Saturday nights in a college location is busy. This bar level needs more than one waitress serving drinks on the first floor. I can't imagine how many tips she could be losing or how many people could walk out the door without paying the tab. It is easy to get lost in this place. Management needs to work on this to make this place more profitable. This is a downtown area so it is street parking.
