I have been enjoying this food since they opened in this location 20 plus years ago. I just love this food and the owners are fabulous people. You will love their food.

It was dry overcooked and it wasn't that great don't think I'll ever eat there anymore, a list of their change their Cooks

A clump of what looks to be hair is my food. I'm disgusted.
UPDATE: I went to the restaurant on Battleground by Big Lots and Chickfla. I have a receipt for proof if it helps! YOU SHOULD APOLOGIZE not be blaming me!!!

Delicious and good quality food for fair price. Their teriyaki chicken dish is my favorite! The workers are always very kind and polite. Very clean and calm atmosphere.
Please never change Tokyo Express!

I got the teriyaki steak, and while I'm glad they used real steak, the portion (pictured) was laughably small! I opened my takeout container and did a double take.

The food has no flavor and the bottled sauce tastes nothing like their actual sauce. Too expensive for what you get.

Was a new customer. Looked on Google maps and it come up. We went to it and ordered and took it home. Was great. Not the best we've ever had but above average

Just tried this place for the first time today! The special was hibachi steak and mushrooms for $8 and it was delicious!!! The service was good and the place was nice! I recommend and will be back! Good, quick hibachi for a low price!

Generally the overall meal was as usual. Had the steak n shrimp combo. Extra mushrooms on one. They were not good, they were overcooked and over sauced. And missing on extra sauces ordered.
Check the order before leaving.

The food tastes VERY GOOD !! The chicken is always soft and not tough. They have the large size white sauces not the tiny ones. The food is still good even after reheating. The only problem is i would love if their portions were larger. And it was kind of toasty in the establishment. The food is just as good as the one in High Point. Although, this plate comes with sweet carrots, which i prefer not to be added, so I ask for it without. Other than that, GREAT JOB Tokyo Express !

Did takeout tonight. Chicken was a little dry. I gave 2 stars for service because one of the 2 orders was “Habachi chicken no veggies EXCEPT CARROTS.” (I LOVE the carrots!) Got home. One order was correct. My order had NO carrots!!! Just chicken and rice. I wanted to cry. :-(
