The worst experience. Terrible customer service. Food is inconsistent. We’re expected to pay $10 for this?? (See photo). Not only did I place an online pick up order and realized when I got home the bowl was barely half full the first time, but also the açaí mix was very watery. No it did not have that much time to melt either. I went back to get the bowl remade after being way too dissatisfied with my order. I asked nicely for the worker to remake my bowl and she instantly had an attitude. To be honest the atmosphere was already off when I first walked in. I wasn’t greeted and after I asked to have it remade the worker rolled her eyes and walked to the back to talk to another employee on shift. I guess after she decided that she would remake it and not the other employee she proceeded to prepare my order with the laziest and nastiest attitude. Let’s also input that she never even asked what kind of bowl/modifications I had on my order. This time the açaí wasn’t as watery but she barely added any to the bowl…it was LESS than half full. I am always polite with food service workers as someone with experience in the industry. But to be met with such an unprofessional attitude it left bad taste in my mouth. Not sure if managers are keeping up with how the store is being ran by workers on a consistent basis but there is no way this is how you guys would want your customers to be treated. Something needs to change. I’ve been warned about the workers and lack of food quality at this location but still decided to give it a try due to the convenience in location for me. I am extremely upset to have been treated this way. Well deserved 1 star rating. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I’ve been here several time for some yogurt bowl and it been okay and haven’t complained yet because some times mistakes happen but tonight I was very disappointed. I haven't had any issues until today. I placed an online delivery order and food looked great. However, when I bit into my tortilla it was hard like it had been overcooked in the microwave. My smoothie had chunks of frozen fruit and a lot of uncrushed icecubes. I was very disappointed and still had to make the best out of the meal bc I was stuck at work hungry. I also paid for extra protein (turkey) and it was not placed on the wrap. I went back to explain and advised that I had photos but the cashier declined to look. She refunded my money with an attitude and did not reply when I told her "thank you". She looked around me and signaled for the next customer. When I left my coworkers who have been standing in line behind me came back to work and informed me that the same cashier said " She conplained about her food but I see she ate it!" I called to address the comment but hung up instead to be the bigger person. So I posted this. The other staff memebers are always super nice but not sure what was going on with this staff memeber.

Lisa was having a bad day. She was very unprofessional. They were out of lids for the large cups, and she was yelling at all of the customers because of that. "It aint my fault, door call corporate, ya see that man face, don't leave like him." Unnecessary commentary, yelling and walking off from customers. "They don't pay me enough to be nice to these people or to car about them being mad," unnecessary and not called for. She could have lowered her voice, gave everyone the options available, and remained professional. There were 4 other girls working, and none of them were yelling like she was. It seems like ALL TSC are terrible in customer service and are always out of supplies or food.

I’ve tried calling this location multiple times and they do not answer or have an option for voicemail. Today, I placed a $30 order and it was wrong. I ordered a veggie hummus wrap (the only food item I have ever ordered from tropical smoothie) I eat mostly vegetarian but they gave me a chicken and pesto thing. So, I can not and won’t eat this thing. I would like a refund. However, y’all will not answer the phone!

This has been my go to place for a quick and healthy smoothie back in Phoenix, especially after a long morning run like today. Knowing we will be having happy hour and a feast later this afternoon/evening, this was the perfect stop for something light. First time to this location, conveniently located next to Trader Joe’s where I’ll be picking up drinks and food for tonight’s happy hour at our house.I’ve gotten both their food and smoothies in the past at other locations, but I have learned throughout the years that the food is a bit bland so I have stayed away from it. Their smoothies are outstanding and this location did not disappoint. I usually get a smoothie or a bowl and have them throw a scoop of protein in if I’ve already done some exercise. I got the Island Green smoothie today (spinach, kale, mango, pineapple, banana) with added protein. Fresh and delicious, 5 star smoothie as always.The girl at the counter was super friendly, and the place was very clean and tidy. 5 star service for sure.So why only 2 stars? As soon as I walked in, the music was playing abnormally loud. Not only that, but F bombs were flying from the first song I heard as I was placing my order. I made eye contact with another patron who was very surprised as well. I’ve been known to throw a few sassy words out there myself here or there, but this was definitely out of place. For an establishment that serves families and kids, or any restaurant for that matter, this is highly out of the ordinary. It was definitely a staff member’s personal music, and not the typical satellite radio or radio station. If my kids were with me today, I would have walked out right away. Speaking with a manager may be in order so it doesn’t happen again, especially if a family with younger kids walk in.

Ordered online for pickup Just to have them tell us they did not have the bowl we ordered and would not issue a refund. They instead gave us another bowl (Chia) that was cheaper ($8) than the $10 acai bowl we paid for!

The staff were very disrespectful. I think one of the workers misunderstood what I ordered so I tried very politely to tell another that there was a mistake and she just walked away from me and pointed to someone else to help. Finally, the 3rd employee helped me and was polite. I am very disappointed in how I was treated at this location.

NEVER order from this location!!! EVERY single time I order they have messed it up. I haven’t ordered from them in a long time and I wanted to try it again and give them another chance so I ordered my food with plant based protein substitute. They are frequently out of the plant based, so I called and made sure they had it in stock, which they did. I got a flatbread with NO protein and a STRAWBERRY was in my flatbread. EXTREMELY upset and they don’t even answer the phone for me to call and tell them what they did.
