The person who was making my food used his gloves to touch his pants trying to get stuff off of them then touched my food with the same hand he was using to get something off his pants

EVERYTIME I come here to this location, I always say... this is the last time. But its just a more convenient location. This place is more miss than hit. Most times the smoothie is watered down. Like Im sipping flavored water. Thats always my biggiest complaint here, but today was awful! Smoothie watered down, chips stale as heck, and I asked and paid for extra sauce and there was hardly any on my sandwich.

everytime i order here my smoothies suck. Food is decent. I ordered today and they left out one of my add-ins. They did the same thing in person because they were too lazy to replace the ingredients. I've at least had 3 horrible smoothies since ordering from here, I keep ordering because I love tropical and once in a blue moon do i get a good smoothie. The workers themselves had said that management is terrible. And also while I was in the store, an employee took a picture of me without my consent and shared it on social media for her own personal reasons. When I told the manager about this occurrence nothing was done. The worst tropical smoothie cafe ever.

I don’t know if it’s because I’m white or I’m too old to be buying a smoothie from the college campus location, but how are you gonna grab smoothies look down at the name look around the room don’t say the name and put it back down and assume that that person’s not there.

I ordered my drink as I was driving to this location. I ordered a ahead of time and I gave them more than the time called for for when it would be ready, waited in the store for another 10 minutes to finally walk up and say hey, is my order sitting behind the counter

To which she replied, yes it’s sitting right here, it was one of those smoothies that she picked up, looked at the name, looked around the room and put it back down without asking if the person was in the room

Maybe she’s in college for a reason

PS still didn’t get what I ordered with the app, they left out the $1.99 up charge to the add on that I paid for and didn’t get

No matter how many times I order online I either never get my food or they mess up somehow. They never pick up the phone and their service is absolute garbage. Worst location here in Greensboro will never order from here again

If you have a quick 30 minutes to spare to wait for your smoothie ticket to even be pulled to make, even if you order ahead, then 10/10. If you want your smoothie made anywhere close to their “promise” time, 0/10. I watched one young man take about 6 in-person orders while the online tickets came through while other employees walked around the store. I eventually got the manager, who was sitting down at a table, talking to another employee who had walked in, chat while my guy was drowning in orders. No one helped him til I brought it to her attention, and YEA, I’d say something again because he needed help and none of the other people in the entire building were helping this poor guy. He gets 10/10 stars too.

First time going here. I got a mango monsoon plus protien it was delicious. I also did a detox green with basil I really enjoyed that too. So fresh and wonderful!

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese quesadilla and waited 30 minutes but never received my meal. When we went back up to ask, there was a line and the cashier was on her phone. When we finally spoke to her and showed her the receipt, she questioned another worker and just handed us our food.

Drove 20 mins to this location. Arrived at 8:32P and door was locked. However, the hours say open until 9P. Knocked on door for the store worker to open the door to tell me that they close at 8:40. Proceeded to let her know that the time was now 8:35. She then told me that I had to order online because the register was down allday.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. I never received my smoothie due to leaving because of the long wait time and when asked about why my order took so long before leaving the person who took my order named coi claimed she didn’t know anything about my order even though she was the one who took my order and gave me my receipt. That was extremely confusing to me especially since my receipt stated my correct order and again since she was the one who took it and checked me out at the register. It is extremely unorganized and unprofessional at this location. I’ll never be back. I wanted a refund but couldn’t receive one. Didn’t receive an apology or anything. After working in the customer service industry and being trained on how to properly communicate and provide proper customer service it was highly disappointing to have received this kind of service. It’s clear that this location doesn’t care to provide proper customer service. Will never be back! Definitely won’t recommend this location to anyone.
