Out of a lot of items, had to use paper graduation cups, and it took forever to get our food.

if you like loud music, and alcohol this place is for you but for a brunch it's really expensive and the food isn't even worth the price. we ordered 2 dishes and paid 64 dollars since they also add in 15% gratuity automatically when the service was also slow and the waiter was barely there. By the time the food got to us, all the ice in my water has finished melting. The Alfredo I got wasnt that good, it was not bad but it was not worth the amount of money we paid. If I had to recreate the dish I would be saving 20 dollars on just the base price.

High end food prices so why serve plastic dinnerware. That was a turn off and they were out of some sides and desserts

Not sure if this was an off day for them but Saturday brunch was a real disappointment the food took forever a whole hour when it finally did arrive the orders was wrong and a lot of items where missing so things was coming out staggered it took 20 minutes to get our drink orders and they came out room temperature and taste like Kool-Aid. The waitresses were fun and up beat. Plus, the place looked amazing

Came to TRUST to celebrate my sister's b-day. This was my first time here. The place is really cute. I was having a good time,until I wasn't. The wait. For our food was extremely long. They ran out of the appetizer I ordered which was the only thing I ordered.

My sister had an unpleasant encounter with the DJ. I don't know what really happened, but the Dj proceeded to disrespect her on the mic, which was unprofessional.
I gave 4 stars because even though these negative things happened. Our waitress, I think her name was Yaz was great. She was very pleasant, kept a smile on her face, very attentive. She kept us abreast with what was going on with our food and why it was taking so long. She even let us know if we did not see her for a while what she would be doing.
Pertaining to the mishap with my sister and the Dj. The manager Quan, was very apologetic he also made sure the situation was handled. He made sure she was heard and made sure we knew that that behavior is not the TRUST way. I think the owner came over as well to make sure we were all ok. Hats off to you guys for taking care of the situation and showing you care for your customers.
When the food finally came, everyone enjoyed what they ordered. I would say give them a try. Things will happen but it is how it is handed that makes the difference. TRUST is definitely a vibe and can be great!!

I was visiting from out of town and had an incredible experience at Trust, all thanks to Manager Liz. From the moment we walked in, she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, welcomed, and truly taken care of. Her attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism were unmatched.

The vibes were immaculate great music, lively atmosphere, and wonderful staff. However, Liz is truly one of a kind, and you can feel the positive energy she brings to the entire place. I can only imagine how much she’ll be missed, but I have no doubt she’ll be a phenomenal asset wherever her path takes her. An absolute gem and the heart of Trust!

I have had the pleasure of being a customer of Trust Wine Bar in Greensboro. From the ambience to the staffed everything was amazing, but the icing on the cake is their wonderful manager Liz. She was very attentive and most certainly one of a kind with her beautiful spirit! Sad to hear of her departure and its it's bittersweet but I know she will be amazing on wherever her next venture takes her

I love this place and the manager I think her name is Liz, she makes sure every experience is a pleasurable one. 10/10

Trust is a phenomenal experience, namely on Saturday nights! It’s highly exquisite, the music is great and the stratosphere is very welcoming!

A time was had!!!!! Went for a bday surprise for my cuzzin and left feeling like it was my bday. The vibes were great, the staff on point, everyone was friendly. The food was hot, the music had us hype, going back soon. S/o to Jeremiah Spooner, he had the crowd moving and grooving! Love ya energy spooner
