My go to pho spot whenever I'm in town visiting my girlfriend! It gets packed right around lunch to evening time. Pho broth is good, they give a good amount of meat, the only criticism I have is the amount of pho noodles. Personally it's too small for me, a couple bites then it's just meat and broth. Definitely still recommend and their other food is just as good.

Very sad that this place has gone downhill in the past 5-6 years. I’ve been a customer for the past 10 years but it’s time to look for a better restaurant. It’s never had excellent customer service but ever since the old servers left it’s gotten worse. The servers there all look like they’re being held against their will… no one will talk to you or ever come back and check on your table. Can’t even flag them down because they’re hiding either in the kitchen or squatting behind the counter so they’re not seen?? If you do happen to flag someone down for something they look PISSED. The food is still good but the prices have gone up a lot and the portions have gotten smaller. The place is also kinda dirty and the floors are so greasy you need to be careful walking. Anyway if you want to sit there with an empty glass the whole time and then have to get up and hunt someone down to pay this is the place.

Vạn Lợi is absolutely worth visiting! The food is delicious, full of authentic flavor, and the menu has plenty of great choices. The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
A special compliment to the two male staff members — they were very thoughtful, attentive, and professional, which made the dining experience even better. Service was quick and friendly, and the prices are very fair for the quality you get.
I’ll definitely come back again and recommend this place to friends. If you want tasty food with excellent service, Vạn Lợi is the perfect choice!

This is the worst vietnamese restaurant in Greensboro or in the USA. Food is disgusting and the service is bad...on top of that the price is ridiculous High. The place is always filthy. If you want hair in your food, cockroaches crawling around, bad service then come here. I guarantee you. You will always have a bad experiencing here.

**Update ** Up until now I'd given 5 stars but had to modify that rating. A friend and I went here about a month or so ago and received horrible service. The place had four tables occupied and they had us wait to be seated . Once seated ,by the kitchen door and counter access, the our waitress ignored us and seemed to have a problem with us as she kept passing. We finally got our order taken by someone else and wasn't given our drinks until after the food arrived and we flagged her down. This was ine of my Favorite places for years but now I'm not sure if I will be back again. A RUDE server can ruin a restaurant's reputation and she has.

It took a while to get our order taken beause our waitress ignored us so it was taken by the young lady that wasn't our waitress. Our waitress, sorry don't remember her name but wore a head scarf if that helps, seemed to have an attitude as soon as we entered. Once we got our food we had to flag her down to get drinks and silverware. This was one of my favorite places to get food but now I'm debating if I will ever return

On Father's Day the staff was rude to my parents, telling them senior citizens to stand up from the table while we were seated. Not even a a please or a polite request, just barkng orders because they want to rotate the table at a half empty restaurant. This after the guy was more interested in being on the phone than serving the people there standing in front of him. This restaurant does not know how to treat people, especially the elderly as this is not a friendly welcoming atmosphere. The food may be good here, but so is Pho Hien Vuong, but their customer service is far superior.
Hopefully, the owner of this restaurant trains the staff to be friendly and take care better of the customers as they are the reason you lose not keep the business. If you don't teach and train them in hospitality, you will lose even more people that walk out the door just like my family did. Hospitality matters and this is absent at this restaurant.
