Ordered cheeseburger and asked for only mustard. Got home and it had lettuce, tomato and grilled onions. Got home and noticed it. Call back and it nearly took and act of congress to get a replacement. I told them I can bring it back. After 15 minutes on the phone they finally agreed to replace it. Customer service sucks. Will spend my money elsewhere.

Service was ok but accommodations wasn’t a concern for kid allergies. Got tea to drink the smell and taste made me dump it out (please clean yall stuff) I was giving the option to grab a soda out cooler free of charge. Pizza was delicious, Stromboli was God awful, and pasta noodles were undercooked and chicken in the pasta was hard…I will most definitely return to order a pizza.

Walked in at 8:15 on Friday night the place was empty. Employee asked if we were there for takeout we said no fine in. They turned us away! I mean it takes 10 minutes to boil noodles really. For a restaurant in high rent district your owners would probably not appreciate you turning away paying customers. We picked the spot for a quick bite not residency.

Half of the time they get our order wrong but when it’s right, it’s good. The issue is they won’t fix it if it’s wrong and the owner is really rude. Ir sucks that it’s a toss up between great and a headache

It was excellent, we ate in for the first time here today and the service was fantastic. They were friendly with us and the restaurant is located in a very good area too. We had plenty of parking and the food was cooked to perfection. I know I will be going here again with my family and if you have not ate here I say give it a try.

I ordered through DoorDash and only half my order arrived. Both the pizza dude and the driver blamed each other. I did not receive a replacement item only attitude.
We have been long time customers,meaning, before they moved to their current location. Tonight we ordered a simple pepperoni pizza and they gave it to another customer and never offered to do anything to correct their mistake. We are very disappointed and will not be ordering from Villa anytime soon.

Dine in was plastic forks and tin trays. Tortellini was significantly overcooked. Sauce was adequate but had no seasoning. They need help!
