I’ve been enjoying Village Tavern for over 25 years—whether celebrating with friends and family or simply stopping in for a casual meal. It’s one of those rare places where I know I can always count on a consistently great meal and warm, attentive service.
There’s truly not a bad seat in the house. The indoor dining area is cozy and welcoming, and I especially love the outdoor patio when the weather’s nice. The large bar inside is perfect for socializing or networking, with a lively yet comfortable atmosphere. It’s a spot that’s friendly to both families and singles, and the staff always makes everyone feel at home.
Some of my favorites include the fish tacos, meatloaf, and carrot cake—each one consistently delicious and satisfying. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and offers plenty of parking, which makes every visit easy and enjoyable.
Village Tavern has been part of so many memories over the years, and I’m grateful it continues to be a place I can return to with confidence and joy.

The food was just ok. Had the meat loaf, which was a generous portion, BUT nothing to write home about. The service was excellent. She went above and beyond for our party, celebrating a graduation. I can't remember her name but if I return it will be because of her service on 12/13.

I ordered a rib eye and pretty sure I got a sirloin or NY strip. Tasted good, but no marbling. I should have said something, so it's on me.

VT is one of my favorite places to.eat so this hurts me to.write this but something has to be done. Lastnight is has my usual shrimp and grits and it was runny and all I could taste was the wine used to make the sauce. Absolutely no flavor. Then I ordered the blackened chicken fettuccine and that tasted like pasta water. There eas no flavor at all. Not even the noodles tasted like they were boiled in salted water. After sending back 2 dishes the worst part was yet to.come. The manager came over and gave us the most fake, lackluster, idont care-ish

We were there for my dear friend's birthday service was absolutely amazing The food was so good I got the warm butter cake for dessert watch out it's enough to share for the table but it was delicious
