I ordered an oxtails plate with Mac and hour before they closed. Drove 20 minutes to the restaurant and waited 45 minutes for my order. I checked my plate in the car and noticed there was no Mac, go back in and they’re out of Mac. I get home, open my box to find there was also NO OXTAILS in my box!! Only chicken (that I did not order) and the food was not seasoned! Rice & Cabbage wasn’t cooked all the way! I was gonna call my bank and get a refund but the best refund I can get as a consumer is shopping elsewhere.

I love trying new things and I’m always hunting for good Caribbean food. My boyfriend and I found this spot for lunch after it popped up on a Facebook feed. We ordered oxtails, wings and mac’n cheese. The rice was extremely undercooked and the oxtails were way too salty. The wings were so-so. However, I thought the cabbage and mac’n cheese were pretty good. I believe in second chances but not any time soon.

ive been hearing about vybez for years and i finally gave it a try! service was amazing ? and the men were very nice and reassuring. the food was spectacular and i LOVE to eat and i am a nigerian so i know good food. the cabbage was seasoned and steamed to perfection. the jerk wings we’re marinated and grilled and TOSSED in jerk man it was the BOMB rice and pea was good and i love plantain ?? & my mango slushie hit the spot i was feeling alllll the Vybez ! 10/10 for Vybez Kitchen ! just make sure you place your order online and go pick it up its a shared kitchen no dining in

Vybez kitchen is the best Jamaican food spot in Greensboro. Not only is the food good but they put alot on your plate. If you haven’t tried them yet you’re definitely missing out.
I love Vybez, I really do but the past 2 times I have had the oxtails it wasn’t as good as the first time. They would be hard and not easy to eat sometimes. As a person who eats all types of food, this isn’t what I expected. I’m not sure if today(1-21-24) was an off day but the food was not it! It was so bland no seasoning on the cabbage the rice had no flavor at all. Also not to mention I only had 3 beans in my rice. I wanted to love this place but for me it was disappointing.
