The online ordering service should be discontinued! If my order says ready by a certain time and I give it about 10 extra minutes, why is my food just starting to be cooked when I get there. Wasted my whole morning I won’t ever use the service again. And there isn’t anyone waiting on food (the grill was empty) so I won’t be coming back to this location.

Our server was really kind and did good in assisting us. Our food was good as well. It was super busy there but it didn't stop our food from being prepared quicker than I expected. The floors weren't clean but it's the Waffle House lol!
Unless you are absolutely hungry and no other Waffle House is close by, avoid this WH. Poorly staffed and out of sweet tea, wow. Food was edible but nothing came to the table at the same time. The cook worked like a slow robot.
