I love waffle house so much!!!! The staff were very nice at this one! My only complaint was that finding the parking lot was a bit of a maze but I kind of just suck at driving

See Jayy. She is the absolute BEST! I typically go to the Archdale location. She recently transferred to the Greensboro location, and it broke my family's heart lol. Eventhough the Greensboro location is 20 minutes further, we went there because we knew the service would be excellent service and she is so bubbly, she brightens our day.

me and my bf went last night at 10pm and the waitress was so bad she kept trying to joke and when my bf asked for over easy eggs she said “ewww ya nasty” , she was just so weird and we kept ignoring her , she was just flirting with some teenage boys in there and it took 10 minutes for her to even give us menus and when she came over there she said “same bill right” and we said yes and she said “good makes it easy on me” anyways the hashbrowns were really burnt , (I like burnt hashbrowns but these were to a crispy couldnt even taste the hashbrowns lol) but she did give me new ones and she forgot my bfs waffle and toast . And it was so much oil in both our plates , there were other people there last night and they also complained about the service

I keep ordering delivery because I love the grits and I'm lazy. It's bad that I expect the order to be wrong. I've ordered 5 orders for delivery, 3 were wrong. Not completely wrong at least 1 person in my house will get to eat what they ordered.
Recommended dishes: Cheese Grits with Eggs over Medium and Buttered Toast

We waited for over half an hour after the time I was told our food would be ready, there were multiple people also waiting for that long, if not longer. A group in front of us had been waiting for over an hour, they were still waiting after we left. We were told by a different customer that this was a regular occurrence on weekends. If this is a consistent issue there should be an option to cancel your order and get a refund. Instead of cooking one of their employees was cleaning tables at a snails pace, for their closed dining room.
Great atmosphere, good food, and excellent service... what more could you ask for!

This is by far one of the worst waffle houses I've been to. They only take to go orders after 11:30 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. They charge you a to go fee on top. I waiting over 10mins in the order window before anyone acknowledged I was even there. Someone took the bacon for my order and I had to wait even longer. On top of that they were going to serve me the rest of my meal cold. 0/10 would not recommend.

so i took my friend from northern virginia here to have her try waffle house for the first time and it couldn't have gone better if i prayed. atmosphere immediately home like everyone was joyous i told them and they were all so excited to have her try for the first time and honored we went to theirs. honey was our server and she was the sweetest gal to exist my lord i'm surprised she didn't have bees swarming her, she was so happy so nice made sure we had everything we need even thought of small things like silverware for our to go boxes asked if we wanted coffee to go im obsessed with her we didn't have to ask for a thing because she already knew. thank yall for making my friends first waffle house experience the exact one i wanted for her yall are amazing id give 100 stars if possible
