Walked in and they were busy but not to bad got a table fairly quickly. Server had Nooooo personality!! People came in after us and were served drinks before us. We waited a good 10 mins before even spoke to. Drink order was made and coffee was served first and cold still had to wait 5 mins after that. We did place a food order but when we were given silver ware that was dirty we decided to leave. If you are going to work with the public you at least should be friendly pregnant or not. No way will I return here not worth it! I never even seen her tell our order to the cook probably because she did not want to be there and you could tell. Management do better in overseeing your establishment.

My husband and I usually like this WH but today we had the worst experience. The girl that waited on us was not friendly, never greeted us. Was going to give us set ups without wiping off our table and while wiping asked my husband if he would wipe the rest if it because she could not reach it (pregnant).We got our order in increments. Husband did not get sausage until after he had eaten most of the meal. No butter on the toast., we had to ask for butter. Our food was sub par. We had to ask for refills of coffee. The waitress walked all the way to the other end to get it and only refilled one cup and had to walk back again, very slowly I might add. Said she did not feel good and did not want to walk back to our table too much because it was too far, we were sitting in the last booth near the bathrooms. I saw her digging in her hair several times. This was always a friendly WH and always got greeted when we entered. We were pretty much ignored. I'm surprised my husband left a tip, I would have not. No more will we eat there. Do you people even read these reviews.

I had just gotten off work at 3:30am, I stopped by Waffle House for breakfast. I ordered a Texas Steak Melt with onions and hash browns. The bread was burnt, the cook made me another sandwich. The cook said to me, oh you like light skin bread and he proceeded to say, he liked it dark when you can hear the crunch and proceeded to make noise, as though he was eating It was extremely disrespectful and I didn’t find it amusing whatsoever. When I got home and started eating my sandwich, the steak was crunchy like it had been sitting there for days. He put bacon on the sandwich as well, luckily I opened the sandwich to look at it, I don’t eat pork due health reasons. Also, the hash browns were raw. I wasted my money. I have never had such bad food and service before. If you’re hungry and want a decent meal I will advise you not to go there, not at 4:00am. It was the worst food and service I have ever received.

3 of us were on call this weekend and had worked all night (10 hours without a break) restoring utility services to customers. We stopped here to get some breakfast and get back to work. Upon entering and seeing open tables, we started heading to one when the cook behind the counter barked out “We aren’t taking anymore orders” while grinning. Funny how he was cooking and people were eating. The obvious and only distinction was race. Everyone in there was black and we were 3 white guys. Thanks for keeping racism alive and well Waffle House! You might be the only place open at 4:30AM, but we’ll go to Sheetz before ever stepping foot in the door again.

Needs better organization for sure. Only having one cook was killing them. Service was super slow. Staff was very loud in there own interaction.

Food was Waffle House breakfast, can't really screw it up to bad. The service was a joke!! I walk in, seat myself at the counter and I'm the only one at the counter. 3 minutes go by at a not busy at all breakfast joint and as I listen to one server complain about having to go to work at another place in 3 hours. I heard about it throughout my visit. Finally a server takes my order, serves me a luke warm coffee. I get my food and ask for silverware, a different server gives me a deer in the headlights look and has to go ask someone about it. She comes back with a to go pack of plastic ware. They had no clean silverware to offer. So I eat my breakfast,all the while staring at a gallon of bleach left on the counter 2 feet away from me. I finished and paid. Never again unless they have an employee overhaul. On the positive side, the place was very clean.......except for the silverware of couse.

Ordered before a group came in. The group that came in after was served first. Order a fiesta Veggie Omelette with no ham or bacon and it came with ham . Got an allergy attack . Food was served after 40 mins . Worst Experience
