Horrible experience. They couldn’t get the orders straight. Manager cussing. Saw family leave because it took so long to get their order. Horrible. The owner of this establishment needs to revamp and clean house!!!!!

I entered the store on April 20, 2024 at 3:00 am, only to find out that they were no longer accepting orders. It was surprising because Waffle House is usually open 24 hours and doesn't usually stop taking orders. What was frustrating was that they didn't inform us immediately upon arrival; instead, they waited until we had already sat down. While I generally don't encounter problems at this location, this experience has made me decide not to return due to the poor customer service.

Waffle House Market Street is a standout choice for homestyle cooking in a welcoming environment. I'll definitely be returning for more of their tasty food and warm hospitality.
I ordered a BLT sandwich to go, with extra bacon. What I got was a little pieces of bacon bits, which tasted stale. I also said to add pickles, and they didn't. This was the worst BLT I ever had. I nevered heard of bacon bits for a BLT sandwich.

Emmanuel was so nice today! He was polite and took our order in a timely manner. It took longer for us to get our food than other tables even though we got there before them. When we finely did it was cold. My main issue was a manager who kept pulling our waiter away from us and kept reprimanding him rudely in front of us and other customers. She was as awful… Rolling her eyes and putting her finger in his face. She was just all around rude to him and it was only directed to him. We will not be visiting this location again.
