See picture. I bought a battery today and got battery acid all over my hand cuz I didn't see the puddle of battery acid on the top of it. The one above it on the top shelf, small battery probably a motorcycle battery was laying on its side and all the battery acid leaked out of the vent hole. Later on I came back for a small battery tester. Otherwise known as a hydrometer. I pointed it out to her, there's battery acid all over the place and I got it on my hands earlier today. And I also I informed her that when you or not supposed to leave batteries on concrete, it renders them useless. Yada yada... Just thought you should know. They are under warranty but major inconvenience for you don't you think. Buying a new battery that's no good and you don't know it they don't know it. You put it in your car and at some point in time it craps out on you can you. You have to take it out, bring It back, wait in line at customer service, yada yada... Yada ? They don't have an automotive department at this store. So there's no free charging of the battery, testing of the battery or installation of the battery. You on your own buckwheat. Cash & Carry... ?

Long lines and very slow. I will never ever be shopping at Walmart again until you accept nfc payments like Apple,Samsung and Google pay. Please for the love of god take NFC payments it's 2024. Your the only grocery store that doesn't have nfc payments. So for now on I will be shopping at harris teeter or any grocery store that takes nfc payments

Orderd somthing online during roll back went to pick it up and got a substitute with out them sending me any email to decline it and it didn't even have all the parts! Went to customer service to return it but that lady got an attitude for no reason she didn't even suggest other sores may carry it and said my refund wouldn't come in untill 2 to 5 days ?, this was so disappointing and customer service was very rude and horrible! I will no longer go to this Walmart! DO BETTER !

Customer service with management this evening SUCKS. Horrible attitude and one of the managers said a register operator don't know what he's doing. Really?? Well that seems like a management problem to me. I will never step foot back here again. Ever

Walmart employees are clearly not doing their job right. Why is it that we're placing an order for pickup through the app but yet some items are not available and we have to pickup those items in store? That literally defeats the purpose of placing an online pickup order. Why as customers do we have to go out of our way to make the employees job easier when their the ones who work for Walmart and their not only getting paid by the hour but y'all also receive an employee discount. Y'all are getting paid to provide good customer service and employees don't do this. I called to let them know I was their for my pickup order and the lady over the phone was unenthusiastic and dry, didn't even sound the least bit happy. I get my items from the pickup and the quality of the items I purchased as well as the size of produce was sub par. Whoever does the grocery shopping for these orders are careless but yet I highly doubt if they were shopping for themselves that they would have the same energy. Please put employees in that dept who have an interest in making sure we get the best quality for what we paid for. I asked for the big tomatoes not roma tomatoes. I ordered 4 lemons. One was bruised and browned and one was very small the other two was the correct size a lemon should be. These employees don't care at all and it's sad because it's a lot of younger people that work in that dept. I've shopped with Walmart for years and I'm tired of paying an arm and a leg for groceries but the quality of the food is subpar or the grocery shopping for my order is subpar. I'm ready to email corporate at this point because you can go to any other grocery store and you'll get way better service and quality of food. But because I've been a loyal customer with Walmart for so long I try to give them the benefit of the doubt. But the Walmart on wendover in Greensboro needs a lot of work and revamping. The employees do the delivery wrong as well. As you can probably tell by the review that's below mine. I also just tried to post my review in the app and it's keeps saying the app is experiencing technical issues, which is funny considering it has no problems when your ordering and paying for something off of it. So y'all might want to fix that as well. This Walmart needs to get it together. Then y'all have the audacity to raise y'all prices for certain items in the store continuously. But the quality of the items are trash. Some of the expiration dates on the food don't even correlate with when the food actually expires or goes bad!

Walmart and Sam’s are in the same lot and I delivered there no problem and was able to park overnight at this location. Unload was kinda fast like about 1 maybe. No issues tho
