Walmart lost a customer this week! It was the second time I had an issue with ordering my groceries online and picking them up at the store. This time when I got there I actually went inside and was told that the manager was off for the day like that should matter I don't know why I was informed of that. Somebody I have to go and get my groceries as if I was making a special request and bring them to my car!! I was so mad that I never got on Yelp or cold any of my friends to tell them about the situation and lo and behold one of my friends ran into the same problem if not worse on Friday evening. I know that there are other companies doing this and I'm going to pay the extra cost and use them in place of Walmart. It really does upset me because I like them but this was two situations that happened for no good reason except for management. I am however going to try and keep the pharmacy in the neighborhood market near me because they have been terrific. But no more groceries being bought at Walmart for me.

Was Christmas shopping and decided to stop in this Wendover Walmart location. Was greeted by a very nice young lady working the carts of front. Me and my husband continued back to electronics to ask if they possibly had a Playstation 5 console in stock for sale. As the employee working at the front desk asked what I needed and started to shake his head no once I told him, a MANAGER by the name JOHN that had just walked up and heard what I was asking for VERY RUDLY LAUGHED AND SAID SHES FUNNY! We were lost for words and I continued threw the store and asked a few employees about this particular manager to find out therevhas been NUMEROUS complaints on this Manager for how he talks to customers and employees. This Manager John has NO IDEA HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS and his LACK of CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE is very apparent after the way you spoke toward me and my husband in store today. " IN NO TYPE OF WAY WAS MY QUESTION FUNNY OR DESERVED A DESCUSTING SMART REMARK IN RETURN " Wasn't even talking to the manager to begin with, he just decided to put in his potty mouth remarks. I truly home someone steps in a decides to put a REAL MANAGER in his place that truly has some sort of CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE because Mr. John definitely is NOT the one!

Well this Walmart is horrible, even for Walmart standards which are pretty low. I get a grocery pickup order set for the last slot of the day and, during the pickup timeframe I get a message it is delayed. I am at the store and everyone including managers act like "That's a different department" as if they are a different company. So I end up waiting at the store an hour for nothing and the charge is still pending on my bank account.

I used the curb side pickup for the first time today. And the last. They substituted 4 items that weren't even close, left me to sit waiting for it about 15 minutes, but mostly based on the photo attached. This is what they consider a quality item. I wonder if the shopper who picked my items would like to eat this lettuce??

Some Walmart's are really nice....this is not one of them. I don't understand why some Walmart's attract the worst people possible, absolute trash. The Walmart itself is very dirty, understaffed, and understocked. Went on a late Saturday afternoon only 2 lines open with self checkout closed, guess how many employees were standing around the "customer service" desk-8. You can have 8 people standing around but only two lines open with at least 4 customers in each line. Just burn this store to the ground and start over.

I came here mid-day on a Thursday looking for a curtain. The length I needed wasn't out front so I went looking for an associate to get them to scan it to check the back. I spoke to three different associates before the third called for someone to come and help me, and then I waited for ten minutes while nobody came. At this time I was surrounded by no less than ten associated walking around, joking with each other, and in general having a good time. Now, I'm all for people having a minute to relax on the job, but would it have killed someone to take five seconds to scan my item to see if it's at this store or somewhere else? I've heard this place called the Christmas Wal-Mart before due to how busy it is, but it wasn't that busy today. This will not be my local Walmart.

I have a love/hate relationship with this store. It is convenient because it is usually fully stocked with whatever your looking for, but the general public that shops or steals here, my lord. To avoid having to go inside, I have been a regular at grocery pick up. I had ordered a bag of apples with my order and when I got home to unload I took the apple bag out of the Wal-Mart bag and immediately saw they were all completely rotted with a horrific smell and bad juice leaking out of the bag all over my floor. How could an employee possibly had not noticed how bad this bag was? It was an inconvenience to go exchange for one bag of apples.

One of the better Walmarts I've been to, stocked shelves, decent staff, fairly clean. Nothing much else you can ask from a walmart. Extremely busy though which is kind of annoying but not the businesses fault.

i give this place two thumbs up. the service here is above par. the place has a good feel to it. ambience is similar to fresno's scene.
I was in a hurry and needed to pick up sandwich meat from the deli, and it was about 7:05 am. I saw an employee in the deli area, I'm so sorry I did not get her name, however, she kindly told me the deli would open at 8 am. I said, "Oh well", I won't be able to wait until then, she asked me what I needed and she told me she would go ahead and cut it for me, which she did while I picked up my other items. I did not get a chance to thank her as she wasn't there when I got back, but my Turkey was waiting in the case and the gentleman that was there got it for me. All of this service was done with a smile and a wonderful attitude, they didn't have to do it, they just did. You are the Best of the Best, the Best of WalMart. Thank you, you made my day.

At Walmart on Saturday the 6th, saw something very disturbing. The security that they have riding around parking lot harassing people lack people skills. They held up traffic in both directions to tell the S.C.A.T. driver that he could not stop there and let the people out?? Seriously, Mr Bald headed man, do you know that's mostly for the elderly and people who can't get around as well as others?? What off that were your family member, you want him to drop them off at top of parking lot and walk? Meanwhile, you've got traffic at a standstill? Walmart you need to focus more on having items on the shelf and security that does just that. Makes sure everything is safe not harass the elderly. So, Mr bald headed security guy, you're going to need that S.C.A.T. bus one day, and I hope he drops you off at Sam's Club!!

Abysmal. This store is always insanely busy, with the staff of a small corner store. Products are always gone from the shelves. Impossible to find anything you need, and even more difficult to find someone that works there to help you. Better off going to the target across the street c

So it Christmas I bought a couple of small flat screens but the children one of them went bad I put it in the box brought it back they said the serial number didn't match the girl at the counter said I restocked this one it was an open box they wouldn't take it back don't go to Walmart anymore if I have to Target looks really good and their prices aren't that much better in the service is far and away much better
