The second time I've gone to this Wendy's, sat in the Drive-Thru waiting for someone to come over the intercom and take my order and they never do. Both times I drive straight over to Chick-fil-A and get my food in a couple minutes.

I timed my mobile order perfectly in the drive-thru lane and hit submit when I was next in line, yet still had to wait 10+ minutes while staff acted like it didn’t exist bc they left me at the order window for so long. Not even busy with just a couple cars in front of me. Showing my order confirmation was apparently “not helpful,” and only after giving me a hard time did they locate it. Mobile ordering is supposed to save time, not turn a quick pickup into a frustrating ordeal.

While checking out in the drive thru I was owed 4 cents, the employee told me she had no pennies to give me because of "stupid Trump getting rid of pennies". I was surprised at what she said and that she didn't have correct change but told her it was okay. As I pulled away she slid pennies off the window sill and said, "Oh, I found some". They were there all along. Very unprofessional and I was short changed.
