Went for the first time in months to give them another chance. But like always they were terribly slow and messed up the order. I've tried multiple times to give them a chance but it doesn't get any better, no it gets worse every time. This franchise owner should be done away with. The drive thru menu is always broken. So is the screen letting you see your order. It doesn't matter how far back you are its going to be at least a 20 minute wait to get through.

I've had it. No more. Last time I will go to this Wendy's and it's only a mile from home. I have been going there regularly for 20+ years. That's it. Harassment. No common sense. No one is watching the business that cares about what is going on. Today was the last time! You would think with a new Chick F'Lay right across the parking lot Wendy's would pick up their game. If you use the drive through they will take your order and then tell you to pull forward and wait for them to bring to your car? Incompetence and harassment. Yesterday I decided to go inside and place my order. When the order was ready I looked inside the bag and there was a carton of chili in there. I didn't order Chile and haven't ordered it in many years. I brought it to the young man's attention and he argued with me that I ordered it. I even had my list of what I wanted and there was not chili on the list. He became belligerent and I demanded that I wanted to see a supervisor. She appeared and removed the chili and apologized. It's over. Last time I will ever go back to this Wendy's.

Overly salty burgers with barely any condiments you asked for, cold French fries, completely frozen solid chocolate frostys, terrible attitudes from all of them..good stuff guys. I think the employees here must be all recovering stroke victims or something.

The girl running the red shirt up front. Wished I'd have got her name but she was fantastic. She was busy. Kind of snowed under but held her on was very impressed. Will go back.
