The employees were playing around and not getting orders done. I waited 20 mins in line, 5 at the window just for them to tell me they did not drop any chicken nuggets in grill. The associate taking money was complaining about having to take orders and money. All this time and still a messed up order.

Wendys for the past years have been a hit or miss. Sometimes the service has been really slow and aggravating. This past visit was a dream. The service was quick friendly and food was perfect. I was waiting to be woke up, for surely this is not Wendy's. Whatever is happening, let it continue, just so long everything is run well and staff are treated kindly. Go Wendys Go! I can't wait to have another dream visit.
It's hard to get good customer service these days. Our cashier was so sweet, she even walked over to our table to let us know the reason why we were waiting for our food. Fries were a little cold but still good.

Food is always good here but it was freezing inside and it was a cold day.(in the 40s) so i looked at the thermostat and it was 63 degrees in the restaurant and it was set on air conditioning and it was running. I said something to the cashier and said Oh well.

Walked in for a quick order at lunch. Stood at the counter for almost 10min with no service while drive up got all the attention. I left and walked next door to Biscuitville. Not what I wanted but my order was taken in a few minutes.

1135pm was n line for 15 min and it never moved. If you can't wait on your customer at this time of night and get them thru the line then you need to go ahead and close the doors.
The food was OK.. it was cooked fresh they just got my order completely wrong, which is sad being I was the only car in the drive thru, and I didn't see anyone inside.. the lady that handed me my food was rude as could be tool.

I just want to say the staff at this location this morning was excellent. Food was made hot and fresh..The nice lady helped me navigate the menu since this was my first time getting breakfast at Wendy's.. I got treated so respectfully it made me so happy. We will definitely make this a favorite breakfast stop. Loved it more than going to an upscale restaurant..This staff ROCKS !
