I placed a mobile order. Sat in line for a month of Sundays and then get to the window to be told the drive through Window was closed. I then asked if I placed a mobile order ahead of time and that it would be under the name A.L. R. It has always been my initials. She says if I don't give her a name the order wouldn't be processed. In fact I ordered from the same site using the app the day before and they had no problem giving me my order. Using the name that shows on the order. The lady was extremely rude. Clearly doesn't want to do her job. I get people are short handed but if this is an everyday thing put a sign on the drive through so people won't waste their lunch break time or have to deal with a lady that hates her job. I never got my lunch. I ended up eating chips from a vending machine at work for the 10 minutes I had left for lunch.

Girl working the window was very nice and helpful however, her associates/manager very disrespectful. It’s a gamble dealing with this establishment and I wish there was a different Wendy’s near this area.

When using a $2 off coupon they automatically raised the price by $2 stating prices went up yesterday.
What a bunch of crap.
Signage was still at regular prices.

That was THE WORST Wendy's in the country! They slapped that crap in the microwave for 20 seconds and served it!!!! The staff has one speed...molasses. They might as well close this one down. Bojangles is across the street and a couple other spots close by. Save yourself the trouble and bypass this place.😳

Can't rate what I can't eat... Have a big truck that doesn't fit in the drive thru and the doors are locked. Guess I don't need to eat? Thankfully there is a Bojangles next door that gladly had its doors open and took my money.

Workers from this Wendy’s need to be organized and trained making sure all the orders are good because I had ordered food and they get mad at me with an attitude when I ask them they forgot a couple of items if they don’t feel like working probably shouldn’t be working at all !!!

Walked up to the counter and they wouldn't take our order. Some workers in the back kept looking our way but ignored us and kept talking to each other. I wouldn't trust them to cook a burger safely so we left.
