Obviously Wendy's doesn't care about reviews bc this one is on a kill streak of 20+ bad reviews. Everytime I order online 15 minutes early rather there is a live or not I have to pull forward and wait 10 more minutes. Makes no sense but a guy in front of me can order $50 worth of jbcs and fries and they hold the line up to make um. Online order placed, wait 11 minutes to get to drive thru just to tell um I had an online order just wait more. Outlandish

I visited the drive-through recently and had a very disappointing experience. The older woman working the window was extremely rude and rushed me while I was placing my order. After waiting about 11 minutes, my food came out cold, dry, and stale.
I explained the issue to her, and she said she would remake the order, but she never came back. When I knocked on the window for assistance, she told me to pull back around instead of resolving the situation.
Overall, the service was unacceptable, and I believe this employee’s behavior needs to be addressed immediately.

I can see why Wendy's is closing some of their locations, partially due to how crappy their customer service is. If they would simply hire people who actually care maybe they wouldn't be closing hundreds of locations.

This is a nice clean Wendy’s with a delicious chicken, apple, walnut salad with pomegranate vinaigrette dressing. Yum! I was impressed with Patrick who was so nice and polite helping the people in front of me, and then helped me, too. I came to Greensboro on business today and got the salad for dinner before heading back home. The bathroom was locked so I knocked, no answer and asked Patrick if I needed a key. He was really nice and said no, so I waited and read my emails. He came to see if I got in, and I appreciated that he followed up. He got the manager who unlocked it. I’ll come back to Wendy’s for this salad—the pecans and yummy dressing makes it better than at Chick-fil-a, plus there are more Wendy’s everywhere. Glad I stopped here and thanks, Patrick!

Very Very disrespected mananger. Sam is the manager at Wendys 5700 West Gate City Blvd. When there is an issue with the employee, she talk to the parent of the employee with anger by talking loud to the parent. She is very disrespectful to Senior Citizen.
Do yourself a favor and drive up Gate city to Wendy’s near I40….. I got a couple Baconnators that only had two strips of bacon.. They don’t even have a clue!!!! Worst Wendy’s ever

Waited for 20 minutes for food with 5 other cars that were told to pull up. 2 of the people went inside from their car and still didnt get their order. The manager came out to hand us the food and had an attitude when we said we ordered large fries. She said they rung you up for a medium even though we paid for larges. Don't come to this location unless you want to waste time and not get what you paid for.

8/12/25 at 6:00 pulled up to the drive and wasn’t gone till 6:25. And my order was messed up, I don’t really like paying for a large meal and not getting large sized items(defeats the purpose of ordering it in the first place) not to mention. This Wendy’s is notoriously unprofessional, lack luster, and commits THIEVERY!! I guess after the last 3 miserable attempts at eating from this Wendy’s I should learn to take my receipt, but I guess expecting common sense from this establishment, is like expecting it to rain on the Sun. How can you be wrong and have an Attitude when confronted I’ll never know. But if you feel like having your time wasted and Money stolen THIS IS THE PLACE!!

The hamburger was terrible was burnt had just been warmed over probably laying out a while also the chili was very good that's why I gave 2 star employees sitting outside talking the only thing I will get from Wendy's is there chili or frostys I like to have fresh food when I go at night not some left over slop had to throw my burger away couldn't even hardly eat any of it this was the Adams farm location
