If you order the new thin mint frosty, Make sure you know if you’d like chocolate or vanilla base with it. I also recommend you order fresh fries if you want them to be edible. Our sandwiches were great. Atmosphere was very strange though.

Placed an order on the Wendy’s app & picked up in the drive thru. Got to my destination & realized my 10pc nugget was missing. Called the store & of course no answer. I left a voicemail on what seemed like a cell phone & did not receive a call back the next day. Went to the location again & simply asked for the missing item. The shift lead or who ever she was claim she needed approval from her manager. Then asked if I called, I explained yes but there was no answer at 10pm. She still claim she needed approval or I had to come back AGAIN at night & speak to that manager on duty. I asked how would I know it’s the same manager from the previous night & she literally “I don’t know” & turned her back. It truly made no sense! I’m sure they drop more nuggets on the floor daily vs what I was asking for!

I reported this location to the health inspector due to this location putting a large piece of plastic in my drink. This could’ve been given to my child who ordered the same thing. This is completely unacceptable and dangerous and I may consult with my legal team pending the health inspectors investigation

Young lady, taking order very unprofessional and rushing us through the order. Get to the window she’s on her cell phone. Poor customer service after the window high. How are you? Take the money hand us. Our drinks pulls us up to the door fries or mediocre cheese not melted on a chicken sandwich. Definitely not dressed for work shoes Nonslip shoes were definitely not in use had on some bubble crocs, delivered our food still on her phone and didn’t say a word when she handed us our food.
I really hate eating here and the only reason why I go cause my family all for it every since time we go the food is really old down to the fries and I want it remade and they get made no point if going to this store they won’t make your food fresh
I went to the drive through and got a chicken ranch wrap that was no joke inedible. The chicken was so flavorless, tough and dry that I took what bite and thought I had accidentally eaten the package or something.

Been here several times times, no receipt and I get home over charged with one of the dumb little coupon books. This is the third time I’ve been charged for a coupon book and not even asked about it.
