My wife and I walked in and we were greeted and we just stood there as the employees talked to one another and acted as we weren't even standing there wanting to order for a few minutes as what looked like a manager was moving boxes around as I made eye contact and she did not once tell or ask if anyone was or has taking our order. Definitely needs New Management and possibly new employees. They didn't act like they cared to take our order so we turned and walked out. After reading the reviews I'm really glad we didn't eat there. What a joke to the Wendy's company

Ordered a biggie bag because it’s fast and convenient. Asked for a coke with no ice. Food came out the window very fast, which was nice, but I got a cup full of ice and the 4 piece nugget in the biggie bag only had 3 nuggets. Not worth going back and causing a scene over but damn, this is why you get minimum wage.

I'm in the Drive-Thru line right now I've never dealt with such rude customer service in all my life to the point where I asked why do you have to be so rude. As a customer I would never come back to this location the lady taking orders through the drive-thru this will be taken higher up it's not okay to treat people this way

The staff was not very helpful when questioned about the discrepancy in the price advertised & the price charged. They say that now all combos come large instead of medium although the advertised price still reflects a medium combo.
