I WOULD GIVE A MINUS MILLION IF I COULD. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I INFORMED THE CASHIER THAT I HAD TWO SEPARATE ORDERS. THE CASHIER TOOK MY FIRST ORDER & DID NOT TAKE MY SECOND ORDER FOR TEN MINUTES. I WAITED TEN MINUTES TO PLACE MY SECOND ORDER. UNACCEPTABLE. WHEN I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER FIVE MINUTES. MICHAEL LESSEN WAS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL , & RUDE. WHEN I ASKED FOR HIS NAME HE STATED, “ IT COULD BE MIKE OR JEFF, ANY NAME YOU WANT IT TO BE!!!” WHEN I ASKED AGAIN MICHAEL LESSEN GOT IN MY FACE LIKE I WAS A MAN. SHOCKED & APPALLING BEHAVIOR!!!!!!! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION!!!!!!! ALSO MICHEAL LESSEN HAD HIS TWO YOUNG CHILDREN ( BOTH UNDER THE AGE OF 8 YEARS OLD). IN THE BACK WERE THE FOOD IS BEING MADE.

I placed a mobile order, pulled up to drive thru. I listened to the automated teller and thought it said pull up so I did. I waited and waited watching staff go by when no customers were in the store. A girl finally came up and said I shouldn’t just drive up to the window with a mobile order. I told her I did t and that I went through the speaker. She said it’s automated and now I will have to come inside. Then she closed the window and walked off along with a couple other workers. I sped around went inside and then she again says I needed to stop at the speaker. She asked for my name and I again gave it to her. There were no customers during all this. I finally said I want my money back and the girl said they can’t do that. So now I’m stuck cause I used the app. Two cashiers were walking around looking like they didn’t have a clue. No food being made. Finally another girl comes up who is calm. She starts to take my order when I again tell her i had a mobile order. Then she drops the fries to be cooked, asks the other girl to get my coffee. She gave me 2 biscuits instead of one for my troubles but by now I’m fuming telling them I will never come to this Wendy’s again. I won’t use the app again either. I called an 800 number on it and the guy said that number was for delivery and he couldn’t help me. All of this because I wanted a biscuit and it was so easy to use the app!! Unbelievable!!

No indoor dining. Only one restroom which was somewhat dirty. Stood at the counter waiting to order while a lady stared at us, walked away and then made a call on her cell. Stay classy.

We arrived with a bus load at 12:30 during lunch rush. All the staff were so busy with drive through as well as lobby. They were very friendly and professional. Osheona and Felisha did an amazing job at taking each order and extremely patient as some needed help with placing their orders or etc. They were full of joy and smiling the whole time even though it was so busy with counter and drive through etc. The manager came out to express appreciation for our group and was thankful we chose them for our stop. It was so refreshing to see the team work and no one irritated that a big group had arrived. Thank you all for making our visit so pleasant. This kind of service deserved recognition. ?

The establishment seemed very unprofessional. Despite the storm, they insisted we come inside to order, citing a shift change. There were about 6 workers inside, and it felt more like inconvenience than an actual shift change. Disappointing experience.

Drived 40 mins they closed at 12 because the didn't want to work smoking cigarettes in the parking lot. Took pictures they called me a dumb a$$

They have long wait times and cold fries. The customer service could be better too. It's supper annoying to be told to wait every time you pull up to place an order. Clearly more training is needed along with proper staffing.

Stood in line forever behind 2 people that were clearly friends of the cashier who acted so pleased to take their order. When it was my turn, the cashier would not make eye contact and spoke so quietly I couldn’t understand her. The food was cold and they were out of ketchup. This is not the first bad experience at this location but will most capably be the last. Save the headache and just go to the south elm street location.
