If you advertise a meal for $5, the price should be $5. No one should be required to upsize a meal to medium or large. I was told this afternoon I couldn’t order the meal in a small, which is priced at $5, although the sign shows I can and the $5 price. The lady in the drive thru told me they aren’t allowed to let anyone order the biggie bags for $5 anymore. It must be upsized or they can’t order it. If that’s the case, take it off the sign. That is considered false advertising and that is illegal.

This place is a ripoff don’t use there kiosk in the store it will charge you twice and never refund you back the day it happened to me on dec 15 I asked the manger on duty and she said it will automatically refund me back 11 days later still nothing go to the store to bring it up and everybody walks around like they lost about it

Sometimes the computers are down and u can use a card and if something isn’t correct they will fix it you have time to wait but sometimes ppl don’t have time to wait, for an error to be corrected ?

I usually do breakfast. The only fast food that I know that has fried eggs which I prefer and love. Get tired of scrambled every where else. I think their sausage is the best one, right amount of spice and zing, very tasty. A good patty size. A variety of biscuits available, bacon, chicken. I've done both both are good. I love the baconator cos I love bacon. I get that sometimes. Lunch/ supper I get bake potato often. Their chicken nuggets are very very good, flavor and size. I love love love the flavor of their chili. Use to get it every day for awhile but now I never get it. It's still delicious but it's pot luck if it's nice and hearty and satisfies your hunger or if it's BEAN soup that day. Still tastes good but still hungry. I complained about it on many surveys but nothing changed so finally I just quit getting it. I don't like still being hungry and have to eat something else to be full. Those are my go tos. I do like their burgers and salads, in fact all their food is good. They just need to get consistent with their chili where it's ALWAYS thick and hearty NOT bean soup. The frostys are bland. I get once in awhile cos I'm hot and want something cold.

We're a, constant, "walk-in"der, so it, doesn't effect us, as much. However, they're, "Please Drive Around", lane, appears, too, stay, constantly, busy, regardless, of the Time Of Day.
I was in the restaurant, and two employees were fighting style. It was a man and woman. Disgusting. I mean fighting. The manager didn't seem to care. Only two employees had on gloves. Disgusting. I will be calling the health department and whoever the owner is. What a disgrace to Wendy's franchise. There were 6 0r 7 of us standing there watching this.
