The young girl with red wing on tonight 3/7/2024 time 6:20pm. When I told her that the food wasn't mine and my son's , she tried telling it was, I showed her my receipt and she got mad, Went back got my food then Forced food in my hand after getting the right food, didn't bring me my drink strawberry lemonade, had to go through line again ask for manager (short lady of colour with locks) I told her about the disrespectful girl and my missing drink. She got it for me, but on the real they need to check the young girl. The food also looked dry and tasted horrible. Wasted money.

This new remodeled location is a joke. Walk in to order because we wanted to eat indoors. Nope! Not allowed! No dining room. 3 little tables out front. And all the loud noise from the intersection of Randleman Rd and Creekridge Rd. Will not be back!

Place is trash especially afternoon to night staff. Get some new management or workers cause everytime I come here no matter how small the meal I have to wait behind other cars who are also waiting. In pretty sure I’m probably the only one who’s been here multiple times since smart people would have learned the lesson to not go here by now. Workers are also rude almost forgot to mention that.

Unprofessional staff. These young women stand around on their phones while looking at you as if you bothering them.Attitudes on 10.. While waiting for my food inside, they were talking about customers in the drive-thru. I was asked several times what my mobile order was and waited 15 minutes for it. Put your phones down and work the job you choose to apply to. The young man working there tonight was the only professional one. A mess.

Went to drive thru about 7:45 PM ordered two lrg chili's, Single burger and extra crackers and hot sauce. We got 2 watery chilies 2 crackers and 2 packets of hot sauce, and 2 forks. My mistake was not checking the bag before we left.Where the hell is professionalism?

They had a fly insect problem at this new location. When it first opened up Love the patio outside but instant regret of buying frostys with the lady when a horde of Flys were inside flying about....Update tried eating here again and severely disappointed. They made me pull up to front door when there was only 2 cars in the line and they brought me the wrong food had to go inside and get the correct order. The fries were disgusting and the burger my lady got tasted like cafeteria...My spicy chicken Asiago wasn't spicy and the lettuce was old.I'm just done with wendys 20$ down the drain never getting it back. I don't care what you guys do or If you fix your stuff I'm done with you.Now this might sound like I'm unreasonable however the wendys at s elm Eugene is the same. I've tried giving wendys a chance 5x over in these last 2 years. My stomach turns sour at the mere thought of the name of this brand now.

Unfortunately after the remodel seems management stayed the same. Pulling into the pay window I waited about 3 minutes before someone showed up. Then waited for her to finish talking with a co-worker for her collect my money and give me change. The best thing about it is when i got home my burger patties are hard and dry not even warm. these should of been added to the chili pot instead of served on my $6 burger...... Such a shame with all the remodeling the workers and management hasn't changed.

Ordered a sandwich and specifically asking for a sandwich as it comes but add extra mayo, get home and it's completely the opposite. Go right back they remake it. No apology. But at least the 2 employee ladies entertained everyone there with a twerk session?

I had an unpleasant experience at this Wendy’s. I ordered the taco salad, 6 piece chicken nuggets, and the apple pecan chicken salad. The taco salad was missing the chili, chicken nuggets were overcooked and the chicken salad was watery. I uses to go to this location frequently before the remodel. I won’t be back.
