My husband drove to The Cone Boulevard location To places order for chicken sandwich with only lettuce and tomato.
How is it that the people that staff this place tells a customer they have “no time” to cut tomatoes? On top of that the order was incorrect.
You may want to rethink stopping at this place

I visited this location this morning to order breakfast in the drive-thru and they didn’t have the breakfast menu turned around it was left on lunch and I didn’t know what to order. I ordered a sausage biscuit combo just to be safe, but I got a bacon biscuit instead there was hardly no bacon on the biscuit there was more biscuits then bacon. I was not pleased. The only positive thing I have to say about my visit was the lady at the window was nice that is why I gave it the 3 stars she saved visit

Order an large bowl of chilli! I put in my crackers stirred it up! My second spoon full I put in mouth I feel hair... it's an long sting of hair in my mouth coming from out bowl! Disgusting I started vomiting 🤢! Called explained to whomever answered the phone hair was in my Chilli! I was coming to get an Refund! There was no apology. The first thing out her mouth was," Are you bringing the Chilli back? " Omg...why would I keep it! The location is terrible! It all starts with management! Train them to fix the problem not to be the problem! The lady tonight was rude( on the phone and in person)! So I gave her the same energy! I was pissed ...hair in my chilli....had me throwing up and you have an attitude like oh well! I will never return to this location. Ps...your Reviews are TERRIBLE! SOMEONE IS GOING TO GET REALLY SICK EATING THERE

Went through the drive through. The woman taking orders and money was very helpful, super punctual and very polite. Went up to receive my food at the window. The woman there said nothing, just handed me my food.... As I began to exit the drive through I realized I didn't get any sauce. I parked and realized the inside was closed as if was past 10/10:30 (whatever time was listed). Waited for the car at the window to finish and I walked over to the window. Literally the woman that was there, SAW ME, and walked away. 3 other employees walked past the window and did not open the window. One of the cooks came to the window to get a drink, turned and informed others that I was at the window and I'm assuming they told him not to open the window because he continued to make his drink and walk away. It took for the woman at the pay window to see me and speak to someone over the headsets that I was standing outside the window. At this point I had been standing at the window for atleast 5mins when someone decided to walk over to the window..... One of the women who had already seen me and who was likely a manager. I told her I had been standing outside for 5mins and all she said said was "oh, sorry"....... Do better is all I have to say. It's just pretty annoying when I just needed something simple. ??♀️

This location has a drive thru that traps people in their line. I Spent 30 min in the drive thru before I got to the speaker that wasn't working. Had to wait an additional 20 min before I could order at the window. Fries were cold.
