Went by around 1 pm for lunch today on our way home from Virginia the girl who took our order had an attitude whoever took our money never said a word to us just held her hand out and stayed behind the glass never even said have a good day. Got to next window still no one said anything just handed us drinks and food and shut the window . Very unprofessional place doesn’t have good help would never go back

Wendy's is solid, truly more value than its competitors. However, could someone please help them with their commercials? I understand someone's kid needed a job for self-esteem or something, but these commercials are painful to watch. At this point they are really embarrassing themselves.

The slowest fast food location I've ecru been to. To not have that drive thru meter running they won't take your order at the menu stand until they are almost done with the car at the window. It's so annoying.

Do not go here!!!! I ordered a son of a baconator and they gave me something cheaper!!!! And the burger on THIS IS NOT COOKED!!!!!! She asked if I wanted the receipt, I said no thinking everything would be okay but I WAS WRONG!!! Transaction happened about 1:10am on 3/24 when their “ card machine was down” DO NOT GO HERE ***Update because I went straight back, they were very apologetic and gave me a refund….but even when I handed them the burger they were disgusted. Seriously uncalled for!!!

Service is terrible. I’m 73 and got no respect.I have eaten there plenty of times. Over the past year the service has gotten worse and worse. We stood at the counter ready to order for over 3 minutes while employees were talking and laughing. Not one person said anything to us. So we left. As we were walking away I heard some smart mouth say. See ya and then several others laughed. No problem we won’t be back

It progressively got worse. The only kind person was the lady's at the windows. I was told to wait 5 minutes in a parking spot, it's been 20. The people working inside are not doing too good in general. It looks bleak. People won't answer each others questions and trying to find the rest of my order, others just disappear into the back together. This establishment has become a trashy joke.
