WORST Wendy's location!!! Ordered a Baconator combo and a Dave's Triple combo and got 2 regular burgers. I am so disappointed with these flat burgers. Never going back! DO NOT spend your money here. Shame on the people working here!!

Was happy that it was somewhere else that made the type of salad I like besides Chick-fil-A, but I got a salad last night and I can taste of something sour in it, but I thought maybe we just the dressing the salad was spoiled the apples or whatever must’ve been spoiled and I end up having a stomach ache all night because of it and I’m really disappointed because I really like the salad but that’ll be the last time I get a salad from there because It’s too much stuff going on to be getting sick from a damn salad.

Ordered $6 burger, fries & chicken nuggets. All refrigerator COLD. This is the second time I’ve ordered here so I definitely WILL NEVER GO BACK! Plus the associates was screaming back and forth their personal conversations with each other. I do not recommend this Wendy location for anything!

Pretty sure the bottom piece of my croissant is raw. Customer service is meh but I honestly care more about being served a raw piece of bread. Please cook the food. Thanks.
I would give this place a no star review, me and my husband walked in and no one was there to take the order they was hesitating rather someone should take the order or not, we asked for the food fresh because not a soul was there and once we got the food everything was cold like it was in the refrigerator ‼️🤦🏼♀️ Never again and they need a manager that cares about their customers I hope I don’t get sick.. just very disgusted 🤮

Drive thru today. Ordered Dave's single burger (with no cheese, mayo, and ketsup), small fry with no salt, and plain baked potato. Drove straight to window and they had my bag of food ready? Questioned if they understood I had a grill order and was assured it was done. The food was absolutely uneatable. Everything was burnt (fries hard as rock) burger also had cheese on it. I believe the food had been cooked as normal and left sitting under the heaters for a very long time. I plan to call the city inspection team on Monday to report this. This is not the service that I expect from Wendy's. Don't go to this one. The one at Adams Farm is totally great.
I was one of two cars in line at the drive thru at this Wendy's. The car in front of me waited for a while for someone to take their order, then after the car pulled forward for their food, I was told to wait. The car in front of me waited again for their food at the pickup window and it wasn't until it pulled away with their order that my order for a Jr. Frosty was taken. I'm uncertain about what the circumstances for the extended delay was, but I was thinking that I should have gone across the street to McDonald's. It's unlikely that I would ever wait that long again for placing my order when there's only one car in front of me.

Drive thru was backed up, so I decided to go inside. There were only 3 people working and didn't seem to work together. It took me almost an hour to get a baconator and 6 pc nugget. Then, when I got my order, the nuggets were cold. How can this be? The guy working the front seemed really new and had no concept of priorities. He had let my food sit to the side and seemed to forget. I normally would not have waited that long, but I was in no hurry, and I saw they were short staffed. However, the people in the lobby seemed to be less priority over the drive thru. Not one person even took the time to let anyone know what was happening and didn't seem to care. This location has gone down so bad. I will be going to a different location from now on even though this is by my apartment. It's not worth the frustration.

Today my fiancée’s grandma and I went to get food. We waited almost 10 minutes for someone to come take our order when there was no one waiting. The older lady with glasses and short blonde hair finally came and was very rude. I had to go to the bathroom and they were absolutely disgusting. The dining room had not been swept. i went to go get our food and she said check and make sure everything is in there. I proceeding to go back to the table and she forgot the sweet and sour so I went back up there and had to wait. This lady was at the fry station and was grabbing the fries with her BARE HANDS. I almost lost my appetite because one that is very unsatisfying and two that’s disgusting as well. This place needs better management and better serice. 0/10!!

We ordered online. We went to go pick it up when we got back to our hotel. Some of the food was missing, and the buns were old. They had a smell to them, and they're falling apart, and our burgers were cold

i spent 25$ on delivery food and only got one thing right out of six items this is ridiculous then it wouldn’t let me get a refund?? update my burger tastes spicy???? did they put hot sauce on my burger???? stopping in tomorrow to see manager.

This store needs to get it together I had to remind them at window a few times to fix my drink and give me the kids meal drink bc they took busy having side bar convo they forgot my sauces and fixed the order completely wrong waste of my time and money sorry folks
