It was close noon 3/28/26 and we were told no chili will be made and ready until another 30 mins , horrible attitudes, not helpful nor knowledgeable enough about their own menu. Whoever trained these people needs to be fired themselves. These people suck , customer service skills are absolutely terrible. They are not representing the company well at all , I’ll take my business and money elsewhere going forward. This location sucks. Food is never ready , order always wrong , just burn the whole building down at this point.

This store is not busy, but waiting time is too long! You can wait for as long as 45 minutes to 1 hour. The painful part is you ask the lady receiving the orders how many more minutes you have to wait, and she tells you she has no idea, so you keep waiting thinking you have waited for long already.

Idk what yall got going on on morning shift. But I literally found a piece of short hair on my cookie after I noticed a strong flat iron smell coming from the bag. Im really considering going to city about this. This is disgusting. If you know what I know just drive the extra mile to another location.

Said their card reader wasn’t working but I find it ironic how often their card reader stops working with the last hour of them being open. Other returnees around them are typically slammed packed and their line is always empty or a few cars that are cash only. If you didn’t want to drop fries just say that.
Have tried twice recently. Service was terrible both times and their execution was slow even with minimal customers around. Topping it off, they put a derogatory name for me on my receipt (most Wendy's put a number or ask for your name for the order). What an absolute mess of a joke.
Amazingly enough, the food was decent, but not enough to make up for the horrendous customer service. No wonder they were basically empty both times.

I stopped to get a frosty and was curious if they still had a jr frosty. The lady taking my order needs a new job, bc she clearly had not customer service skills. I asked several times if they had a jr frosty and she kept asking what flavor, does this complete your order, but never answered my question. She clearly wasn’t happy and I couldn’t believe the mgr at the store allowed her direct contact with customers. Worst customer service ever. However, The frosty was good.
