I don’t live here and there are not many options this was terrible. Was charged for bacon double stacks, no bacon on them. My fries were under cooked on top of that. Thanks for the stomach ache and the disappointment.

We stopped coming here a couple years ago after being regular patrons for years due to the steady decline in food quality and service, notably around dinner time. Decided tonight to try tonight to see if there was any improvement. Pulling up I knew something was wrong because it's dinner time and every other fast food spot on the strip had cars in line except for this location. Didn't even get to try the food because we left before finishing our order. Upon arrival we asked for a moment to check the menu, after which we were asked twice, consecutively in a short manner of time, if we were ready to order. We were rushed through the ordering process, and ask to pull around before we had finished placing our order. If you can't give reasonable time for your customers to place their orders correctly, then how can I trust that my food will even be what I asked for or expected? Our friends locally have also had the same issue with this location. The owner or corporate needs to step in and do what they can to improve this location. With all the new, great quality food spots up and down the street, I doubt this location will be able to keep up at this pace.

Horrible! No customers inside, only a few cars in drive thru and it took FOREVER! Finally had to go inside to get my order. Front counter was filthy, staff rude, and tripping over each other.

Im a sucker for some Wendy chili and the spicy nuggets. I used to visit this location regularly, after visiting again after while I remember why I stopped coming. There is never a "Hi", "How are you?", Nothing. Quite frankly, I'd be surprised if they did more than stick their hand out of the drive thru window. As someone who works in the industry I am truly disappointed in the inability and unwillingness to do the bare minimum in a customer service job. There are plenty of jobs that do not require you to deal with the general public, which would clearly be a better fit for some of this locations current staff. I won't be back, but do better.
