This place should be reevaluated. 2:30 for lunch you're out of everything? I've never been to a Wendy's location that was out of frosty mix. "System" randomly shut down in the mist of me ordering but it sounded like the girl just didn't know what she was doing. Won't ever be back at this location

There were only two people on duty when I went in to try the new cinnamon pull-apart on their breakfast menu (very few pork-free options, by the way). One woman who was working the drive-thru, and one woman who was looking for a place to plug in her phone. After waiting for someone to come to the register, the first woman confusedly took my order while trying to simultaneously man the drive-thru. After noticing that I was given the wrong order, I tried to get the attention of the woman with her phone, who just stood there like a deer in the headlights until the overworked woman noticed and resolved the issue. She was visibly and audibly annoyed, as well she should be. As for the new menu item, it was packed so tightly that it couldn't be cleanly pulled apart, which is its main selling point.

i ordered through the wendys app to pick it up in drive thru. yet when i got there, the lady in the window said i have to come inside to pick it up. i thought 'oh ok, weird'. i come inside, which i still don't understand why, and grabbed my food. as i was checking to make sure it was mine, the lady asked if theres any thing she could help with. i was like "no, but out of curiosity, why do i have to come inside to pick this order up? because i ordered this as a pick up in drive thru." she said "well we are understaffed so thats probably why they put that here instead of the drive thru."i worked in fast food and i understand stress and mistakes but it just seemed like they could care less and it wasn't even an understandable excuse. plus nobody apologized for that mistake. i don't understand what is so hard about giving the bag through the window. by the way, it even says on my receipt "DRIVE-THRU". so i guess this Wendy's struggles to do the bare minimum.

Just horrible. In person, drive through, or delivery. At some point you have know that the owner are aware of the issues and just don’t care because they make money. Fair warning with them. Use your hard earned money somewhere else.

This location seems to be severely understaffed, which I understand having worked in food service. The staff is always nice but the wait times are ridiculous for a drive thru (up to 40 mins) and sometimes the orders do get messed up even when they are not busy. But I get it, it does seem like most of the time only two employees are working a shift.
