I purchased an apple pecan salad at the drive through at the Wendy’s on Elmsley Drive in Greensboro. When I got home, my salad was missing the candied pecans and the apples on the salad were all brown. When I called the store, I was told they would replace it if I came back. That would have required a 30 minute round trip. I feel if the quality of food served did not meet or exceed Wendy’s standards. My salad should be replaced without having to drive back. I will not go back to this location again. Poor customer service and low standards for food quality!

The customer service environment in this establishment was rude and unprofessional. The woman who prepared my order did not inform me it was ready, then got an attitude with me as I was waiting. I provided 4 stars for food because my order was correct and served quickly. If the customer service in this store improves, then my experience would be a lot better.

I just ordered food from here it was horrible it was cold and the fries tasted like they had been sitting for some time nothing was hot and fresh like I’m use to at Wendy’s!!! I was so disappointed being that Wendy’s is one of my favorite fast food restaurants total waste of my money!!!

While the employees were friendly the restaurant kitchen and bathrooms were disgusting. Toilet paper dispenser broken, hand towel dispenser broken. Waited much longer as we were told they ran out of food but that ours would be fresh. Received burgers that appeared to have been left under a heat lamp. Asked for extra ketchup and the packets were stuck together and mostly unusable. Do not recommend.

Your store in Greensboro NC on Elmsley CT i was absolutely disgusting. If I would have been driving g myself I would have left. Tired from working all-day myself went in the I side store dirty employees well drive thru employee,fry station employee SMDH, manager walking g around like she could care less and haven't been here in over a year and I remember it didn't used to be like this . Had to literally throw sandwich away . Just overall experience not pleasant and hope it will change. Will not be returning. Definitely wish u guys well though!
