Food is fresh everytime I go. However I asked for a small #1 meal and was handed a large drink. I told the young man I asked for a small he said they just have medium and large. He made the decision to charge me for a large without my consent or any notification!**Update**It happened again! I asked for a single combo and was charged for a double. Beware this location up sells you without telling you!!!!! Check your food in there FACE!!!

Terrible service, messed up order twice, forgot to give me my receipt and gave me a promotion instead. I ordered a no.7 meal and a no. 4 with a apple pecan for my mother, instead I got 2 ranch club things and baconator fries. Never again

Manager at the establishment is incompetent and rude. Didn't know how Google pay works and couldn't get it to scan on their machine. Then tells me "maybe you just don't have any money. Goodbye." Had to go to McDonald's across the street and in 2 seconds flat had my Google pay card scanned and my ordered handed to me. Don't insult people for your own lack intelligence on how to work a simple scanner.

Cross another Greensboro - MLK Drive fast food place off the list. Ordered a double bacon cheese burger combo, no bacon, nasty tasting and smelling cheese, lemonade flavor tea. None of the "service" workers (must be a G-boro thing) speaks with any form of polite etiquette. You're lucky if you even understand them when they speak. If the county ever decided to bulldoze that entire row of fast food armpits, I wouldn't miss any of them one iota.

I ordered 2 double baconaters a large fry and a large coke,20 minutes later I get 2 double burgers with no bacon and it looked like a Chinese fire drill for a simple order! The meal was over 20 dollars and the quality of food didn't match what I paid for it! Don't waste your time or money at this place! Lesson learned!
The best customer service I have had in a lot while.. Very attentive to my special needs.. For this I am very thankful.. Keep up the GREAT WORK..

I have been to this location only a handful of times due to my experiences, but today just made me cringe. I ordered 10 nuggets which were so cold. I informed the woman at the window my nuggets were cold. She takes the bag tells me to move up and makes a comment out of irritation. On my part or her coworkers part idk. But it bothers me that everytime i have come to this location my food is never right. Not to mention i only received 9 out of 10 of my nuggets. Customer service is piss poor. I will drive across town if need be to avoid this location. I honestly think the hire ups need to reconsider there staff
