As a Whataburger expert from Texas. This was exactly what I was hoping for. Exactly like a normal Texan Whataburger. Obviously the line is going to be very long opening week since this is such a huge deal and since this establishment is so good.
The staff was amazing and the line was moving quickly for how massive it was. Everyone seems to be well trained and ready to accept the massive amount of people coming to eat. Food was 10/10 like always!

Came around midnight, drive thru was better than during the day but customer service was ok, having asked for sauce 3 times and told to park and still never got it. Food quality wise, I would have to say its still another fast food burger spot but the quality is definitely above average but still yet another fast food burger spot.

I had one of the worst fast food experiences ever at Whataburger. After waiting two hours for my food, they only gave me half the order. The rest came much later—cold and stale. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes just for the drinks.
During that time, three different employees asked what I was waiting on, but none of them ever came back with the drinks. Meanwhile, four others were just hanging out at the window, chatting like nothing was wrong.
To top it off, I asked for Coke Zero and got regular Coke instead. I can’t drink regular Coke because of the sugar, so that was a health issue, not just a mix-up.
The food quality is compareable to BurgerKing, and honestly, Burger King does it better. Same level of food, but way faster service and at least they get the basics right.

We went here waited around an hour due to them just opening. I would say they try to get you thru the line as fast as they can , the order line was done gracefully. We loved our food and the fries 🍟 were hot which was awesome nothing like new grease! We had to change our drinks and they were super nice about it , I would recommend this place / location.

We were so excited to go, after my surgery, a treat for husband & son. Fries cold before he got to the car , 1#1 & 2 #2 with shakes the shake great burgers not worth the almost $45.00 spent. Will not return. Fat Dog on Spring Garden better, more food better burgers and price.

Our experience was truly awful. We went 4 days after opening and we likely won't be returning. Our sandwiches were made incorrectly (added cheese and bacon and sauces we didn't want, and didn't receive the side sauce we did want) and we were missing a sandwich. The fries and onion rings were cold, we were missing our cookies, and this was all after sitting in the line for over an hour. By the time we realized how horribly our order had been messed up we couldn't bring ourselves to go back through the disaster that was the line. Then we all felt terrible after eating what food we did receive. Overall this was just an awful experience and the food wasn't that great. However the employees were nice enough.

Whataburger just opened a new branch in Greensboro. Since the first day, there has been a traffic jam around the store. Everyone is happy after getting their meals.
