The burgers are amazing but the staff are what makes me keep going back. They're very proactive in making sure you're taken care of. They even bring food out to tables which is uncommon for fast food restaurants.
I highly recommend their melts, they're to die for.

I visited around 5 AM, and it was not busy at all. I ordered a triple burger combo with fries. The patties on the burger were charred, and my fries were less than lukewarm. Their ketchup tasted unusual. It is definitely not Heinz. The wait time was very slow, especially considering I was only the second person there. There is nothing special about the food, considering what I ordered.

Would leave zero starts if I could. Went to this location for breakfast, as there was no line at all. I pay for my food (one sandwich meal) and they ask me to pull up. I then proceed to wait THIRTEEN minutes, at which point I leave my car and go in. My food is just sitting there and they hand it to me, and it is now cold. I will never be returning to this location.
I'd been hearing about this place and I was so disappointed. Food was cold asked for ketchup and mayo in the bag had to turn around and go right back.

All the hype is true, whataburger was so good. I did have to wait quite a bit but I figured it's because it's a new place and new workers. I do believe this will improve with a little time. I will try and update about timely service after I go again.
