First time at this fast food location, I ordered a Patty Melt, the marquee prices depicted 11.69. I paid 12.39! Ordered a kids meal for 5.39, price was 5.89, they are Overcharging!
Overcharging folks, the meals are sub par, just plain bland, tasteless, no seasonings, Nothing! The wait time was 50 minutes for my small order, I wanted to try it, I was deeply disappointed! Okay so you wait in a very long line, while one solo young man races in and out to bring you your order, and got mixed up quite a few times while he bought out several orders that did not belong to me!

The burgers taste exactly like a whopper without the mayo. Nothing great it’s average. Onions rings were the best item thus far. I bought 3 combos and two extra sides. Honestly I don’t visit fast foods anymore because of the prices of their average food. I literally can go to an actual burger joint down the street and pay same price, better burgers. I will be back to try the chicken but the burgers were meh.

I tried whattaburger when I was in Texas and loved it. When I tried it tonight it was average. Burger didn’t have much flavor and the fries were bland. Service was decent.

Today was my second time trying this location. My burger is never fixed the way it was ordered. No mustard and there is mustard. Ordered cheese no cheese. The bun was so wet that the edge had to be cut off. I’m so over this place.

We decided to do the drive thru, that was the worst decision. We ordered our food. It took approximately 22 minutes to get 4 combos. This was our first time there, well first time at Whataburger ever. I think that 22mins for 4 combos is really to much for what should be a fast food drive thru. The burgers were okay. My bread was soggy, however the other burgers were okay. The fries not anything to write home about. The onion rings on the other hand were absolutely delicious, made just perfect, the flavor was outstanding. Over all I will give them a 5. Soggy burger buns no bueno!
I like their burgers but I think they need to put more effort on their kitchen staff to get orders out the window quicker. It took 30 minutes for my order from the time I pulled up until I got my food and with only 5 cars ahead of me.

my boyfriend and I came here and we were really disappointed that the hype was not what it was made out to be. we waited 40 minutes for our food and when it came out it was barely warm. our food also had very little flavor and our burgers were wrong.
