Service was horrible. Called in to place a pickup order. The staff member sounded like he did not want to be at work. At that point I was hesitant at just to going to a different place but still wanted to give it a try. On arrival at the look of the outside of the establishment I was even more hesitant but have been fooled before, so I decided to still give it a shot. When I went inside the staff members were on there phone. I paid for my food. The food was 1 out of 10. Nothing like is portrayed on there website.

Unfortunately the employees thinks service is a laughing matter. When this store originally open the owner use to come to restaurant depot and invite us to visit we loved it there until he left. My fries were cold like someone left their order and they just recycled the fries. The chicken was also cold. They did not give us drinks or the right dressing for the chicken. At $30 please do better or find employees who care. This is a business not an arcade.

This is the best American Deli I have been too. The one on west market street has nets all over the place, and the one on Summit has no burgers and there phone is off. Both of those places are just so unorganized and disgusting with bugs. But, this one is the best one great service from the staff, to the food. Thank yall.

The food is great but the owner is difficult most of the time. There's no point in ordering ahead because they're not going to cook it until you pay for it. The smallest thing extra they will charge you for but 8 out of 10 they left out what you asked for. Always homeless people or abum hanging around outside

I eat here about 2 time a week and yesterday April 1st 2025 I got food poisoning sick af had to throw up for a whole day y’all suck freezer burnt food or old greese something made me sick I’ll never eat at American deli again respectfully
