Bad service . Ordered my food went to my car came back stood for 5 minutes no one said anything. Till I asked for my food it was given to me . Cause the cashier wants to be on her phone instead of asking for orders

Ordered 10 boneless and 10 traditional wings deal. My daughter does not eat anything with bones in it. I don’t eat sweet wings. So 10 wings we can’t eat. They gave us all traditional. We are out of town here and are 20 minutes away.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I placed an order online and my friend went to pick it up. She said she noticed an employee taking food to a car when going in. She was told the system to take orders was down and I could come back the next day to be issued a refund or have my order remade. I called back the next day and was told my receipt could not be found because the system refreshes and that my refund had to be given by a district manager.

So don’t order online …but go inside to ensure when your money is taken you are also given food.

The service was terrible, I started door-dashing not to long and I came in to pick up an order but didn't know where to get, so when I first got in nobody was at the registers, I stood there for 3 minutes trying to get their attention knowing that they saw me and heard me and still walked off. So that's when I had to yell TWICE!! to get their attention. Luckily there was this kind employee that helped me out and let me know next time where to get the orders. But over all no customer or even a food deliver should have to wait or try to get their attention.
