The food was DELICIOUS AND FRESH! I enjoyed the cali bowl with shrimp and coconut ginger sauce. It was 10/10. Unfortunately they received a 3 star because of the lack of service. My table was one of the only ones in the restaurant but after placing our order, a soccer team came in and the waiters catered only to them. I’m not typically one to complain as I know places are short staffed etc but I was highly disappointed at how they handled balancing a large party with other paying customers.

They were busy the night we were last there They had two waiters and 1 cook in the kitchen. They lost our order. But they made it right by comping our meal. They did the right thing. And I will most definitely be back for more great food.

Our server, Chanell, was amazing! I asked her 100 questions, and she answered all of them very genuinely. My husband asked her for beer recommendations and immediately came up with a few. At one point, all the beers we requested were out, so she offered us a picture on her phone so we could see what was available (she says the rotate often)! Her humility and kindness made the experience so wonderful. Thank you, Chanell! She also was the only server at one point, on a Saturday at 1pm, with a bunch of cyclers who made WOB their final destination. She stayed calm and friendly the whole time.
The food was also amazing! We got the Philly Cheesesteak and Birria Quesdilla--so much yummier than we anticipated!
The beer options were great and more than your run of the mill craft beers, although they had those and domestic ones available too

My take on this place is not a completely informed opinion because i did not drink any alcoholic beverages nor was i there for the nighttime scene, but… i did recently come here for an event i was guest speaking at and the food that was served was delicious and the service was great! The design and decor is cute and welcoming.

Came here about a year ago and loved every second of it.
Just left today after waiting 10 minutes for service after we asked if we could sit outside and we got a very annoyed "Yeah, sure."

The food here is excellent, and they switched management a few weeks back. What a disappointment. I've been there several times and now count on almost comically bad service. There have always been 3-5 staff members when I've been there, but they all hang out by the register talking. They never scan the room to see if anyone needs them (I mean NEVER). They don't even look over when they walk by. Every time I've been there I've ended up having to walk across the room for service, water, utensils, etc. You'd think having a customer have to leave their seat would wake them up, but nope, they just go right back into their little social scene. There seems to be NO training regarding customer service, and nobody seems to know what is going on with the food OR the beer. No beer list at all for the cans. Get it together, guys. Maybe time for management 3.0?

Not sure if it was just because it was Sunday but was very disappointed in the food. Very bland. Lacked even salt. Alcohol list was unimpressive and lacked basic information on the drinks. Feel like it’s going down hill on food and service. Second time and will be the last eating at this establishment

Extremely long wait for service/food/drink/etc. Food was mediocre, seems like it's poorly managed in general. Would not recommend or come back again.

Chose this spot cuz I thought it would be a did a place to get a quick bite to eat which was incredibly wrong Assumption. I feel very sorry for the single waiter they had working on staff It took us around an hour to get our food I got my buffalo chicken sandwich before the appetizer even came out and we had to wait another 20 minutes for my boyfriend's burger to come out they didn't seem understaffed because there were about seven other staff members sitting in booths talking with each other while the lone bartender, both bus tables and served drinks My boyfriend got a diet Pepsi which did not come out until after the food was served and he was never even offered a refill The food was fine and it's not the server's fault that there is definitely management issues at this location If you're going to go here I would recommend not getting food at all and just sticking to the bar unless you have lots of time to kill
