A complete disaster from the moment we walked in the door. Everything was dirty, tables were not cleaned and the floor was sticky. Didn't have several menu items I ordered and wasn't told they were out of said item for 10-15 minutes. Ended up getting a California rice bowl or something like that and they said they had chicken. Idk what the hell they put on my dish but it was not chicken. They finally brought out my wife's cheese steak and it had sat under a warming light for who knows how long and it was inedible. The best part was they still tried to charge us for the menu items we ordered and they didn't have!! I had to go up to the hostess stand three times before they got the check "right". Completely ruined our date night.

This was probably the very worse experience period, ever period. It took well over 15-20 minutes for anyone on staff to acknowledge us. Then when we finally ordered our drinks the Green Tea Special shots was basically Drink Mix without any hint of Jamison. The Shots came out before the pitcher of Beer did in which the glasses where so warm they the beer was basically hot shortly after the pour. So after watching several customers received appetizers, drinks and refills, we had not gotten a basic order or Hot Chips. This is the level of service I expect from a bar that is tremendously busy to capacity. So the young man that was attending to us came over and suggested that they had our Hot Chips but they were. Single serving and not a side item chips. That was about 35 minutes into our visit. So after 45-50 minutes on site, we finally got the hot chips and of course they were a basic single serving of hot ships that my grandkids could have eaten. So overall I can’t speak on the food because we have our hot chips to the couple next to us since they had gotten drinks and such before us although we arrived and set before them. I paid the guy and you want believe it they didn’t even offer to accommodate us not offered any type of guys let me allow you to speak with management. Very unprofessional and it is very unlikely that I will return. Those prices for wings on top of the lack luster service as simply under sub-par. I told them staff that I would be writing a review. And I hate doing this to any business especially one here in GSO. We hardly have great places to go to in the area and with the fact that this was my 2nd time ever going here I will not be back. I can’t post the receipt because it was only a $28 bill. But I had to go to one of our favorite spots that never give us this level of service. Oh one last item. They were not even busy and the staff was not supportive of one another. You would have thought that each member would have been backing up one another but that wasn’t the case here. I hope this helps you with your bar choices in the future. Final thought, I saw people posting on social media that they had live band and a DJ so I thought they would be an alternative to Coopers, Tate Street, Gate City Tavern, Box Seat, and etc. but I should have went to Zaxbys and called it a night.

Went out with family to celebrate our 2 birthdays. Waitress was extremely slow and seems as if she had a attitude the entire night. Over charged for drinks. Spent a total of over $400. And this place adds their own gratuity which we were not aware This place was a waste of a birthday night. Pool table only had 1 stick. Drinks were weak. Can't say my party of 7 will ever return.

This was my second time going there and I wanted to love it so much more but simply couldn't. We got there and it was busy with an event- I completely get it, we were enjoying ourselves either way. When we order we had placed our alcohol order and app order at the same time. It took 20min for our app to come out- cool, but not our drink. He has got a beer and I got a cocktail. That's it. Well I ask and she says shortly. Another 20 min pass by, they take our finished app and still no drink. Whatever, we are enjoying the music but really just wanted a drink. His beer comes and it takes another 5 for my cocktail. Ok. Then another 10 after that our food comes . We got here and ordered at 6:15. At this point it's 7:30-7:45 and we got our main course and and finally alcohol. We couldn't eat it at this point because our pretzel (which was really good) and 3 cups of water filled us up. So we get to go boxes and checks . I look and it says $77. Like HOW. For 1 app, 2 drinks, and 2 entrees??? Well I look- THEY ADD AUTOMATIC GRATUITY which no one tells you about. An automatic 20%. I understand that people don't tip well and I come from a family who were waiters and waitresses and that's how they make their money. BUT NOT TELLING ANYONE and not having it posted blatant for everyone to see is ridiculous. My tab was actually 65$ and an automatic 12 was added. Sorry but I tip off of service and how I was treated. The girl did not deserve $12 and the fact I was forced to pay that is ridiculous. Waiting an hour for 2 drinks ? Getting the app and finishing it before a drink? Yeah no. And it may not be her fault but that whole system is not working and flowing coherently and maybe it's better during lunch, where I will gladly accept them giving themselves 20%. But never again for dinner. (And the first time I went I remember it took a long time for our drinks but I thought it was because it was a large party I was apart of) - yeah no.

It was my first time checking this spot out on a Saturday night and it will be my last! They had no chicken wings available, no burritos and no nachos! It’s a beer spot! Who has no wings and nachos at a beer spot?So we ordered drinks! It took about 30 minutes for me to get my margarita! We were told they were running out of clean glasses! The place wasn’t even full!It was a disaster!
Enjoyed a wonderful week night dinner with my bestie. Food, drinks and service was top notch! Would definitely

Today, I visited world of the beer with a friend for lunch, and unfortunately, we experienced discriminatory treatment from the bartender. Initially, the bartender (McKenzie) was very friendly when we arrived. However, when a new customer came in and sat two seats away from us, it became apparent that they were unhappy sitting near us because we were speaking another language. (Spanish) Regrettably, the bartender's attitude toward us took a negative turn as soon as the new customer arrived.
