Yum Yum's is a Greensboro staple and it is a must have if you're visiting or a local. With great hot dogs and creamy ice cream, it's a great place to grab a quick bite and take in the beautiful campus of UNCG. Prices are great too. I went here a lot as a high school student and it's conveniently located right outside of downtown Greensboro.

It's crazy to find a place that seems to be a blast from the past, it's like finding a diamond in the rough. This place even being in the middle of UNCG seems to have somehow kept it's nature of its first beginnings, hotdogs and ice cream and glass bottles of soda, it's like a time machine even tho everything around it has changed, somehow it's survived and I hope it does til I'm old and grey

YumYums has gone to the dogs. I wouldn't feed my dog this stuff. The hotdogs were raw and pink. The 5 dollar milkshake was tasteless and the price was outrageous. I will never go to this place again. I feel cheated out of my money.

My coworker suggested this little place and said it was a Greensboro must try. I tried it and was very much underwhelmed and didn't see where the hype was coming from. Known for the red/pink dogs, I wasn't impressed. I got my hot dog "all the way" onions, chilli & slaw and with all that the hot dog was still bland. The severs were nice and inviting but I don't see myself returning for a round two. I did like my glass bottled cheerwine though :)

Affordable hotdogs and ice cream. I’ve cream is great and so are the hotdogs. The hotdogs are not the best I’ve ever tasted but they are good and made the old fashioned way! The service was quick. The inside of the building could use some renovating to make it a more appealing while eating… I would prefer to eat outside.

The price is right. Hot dogs were loaded with toppings. The lemon ice cream is delicious. The chocolate chip ice cream is also very good. The place is nothing fancy but it definitely makes me nostalgic for simpler times. Worth a visit!

Cute, old time hot dog joint in the middle of UNC-G. If you're a fan of red hot dogs, this place is for you. There was a line when we arrived but it moved quickly. We got hot dogs and chips (only side available) and a bottled drink. For dessert we got a cup of ice cream and a chocolate milkshake . We didn't like the milkshake. Adding milk to flavored ice cream waters down the flavor - all we could taste was the milk and very little chocolate. If I had to do it over again, I would have just gotten a cup of ice cream.

Something's different!!! The iconic hotdogs do not taste the same! Actually, they lack taste. Is it the chili? Is it the flavor of those screaming red Weiner's? It could be both but something has definitely changed. These dogs have no taste. I've loved Yum Yum hotdogs all of my life so this is rather devastating.

She told em they're famous for their "hot pink" hot dogs and my mind immediately goes to red flag. But, because it's a staple I might as well give it a shot. The reality of it is, it's a hot dog, an average hot dog. There's nothing special about it and it's hot pink which honestly grosses me out. I love hot dogs so don't get me wrong but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here again.
