Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I was going to go here, but after reading the reviews....no thank you.

This zaxbys is generally pretty consistent and the management staff over all are really respectful and thoughtful. Came in here with a receipt regarding a missing part of my order & they were very understanding in helping me figure out what the issue was.

I work near the battleground Zaxby's so you can imagine i order there often. 90% of the time my order is wrong ( paying for the 4 strip meal which includes coleslaw and seasoning on the side). I always get soggy fries, NEVER the extra sauce/seasoning i ask for. To top it off when i last drove there two employees were fist fighting in the parking lot while ppl filmed instead of stopping them.

Idk what is going on at this location but it needs a purge of employment and re management.. it is a disgrace.

We visited for lunch and dined in. When we walked in the dining area was stocked and clean. There wasn't a wait at the counter and we were greeted by Antonio. He was one of those people that you remember and is a huge asset to this team and restaraunt. That whole attitude of kindness and customer service is a rare thing to see but he nailed it. Food was really good too. I had the fried Cobb Salad and some really fresh cookies with my kids. They enjoyed their kiddie finger and sandwich as well. Before we left we were told goodbye and they remembered our name. It's little things like that that stand out when you go out and make me want to do reviews. Oh and their sweet tea was great!

Stop by on my lunch break to enjoy the food while ordering my food the general Manger seem to have a real nasty attitude for what reason I'm not sure could it have been because of the rush not sure but for me and two other people to have gotten the same rude and nasty attitude is a down grade for zaxby's as a company and because of this I will know long be eating here I will from now own take my business and money to cookout across the street I don't care how good the food is I will not spend my hard earned money with a franchise that will have such general Manger who have horrible communication skills

Ridiculously slow. They serve one car at a time. And you ALWAYS have to pull up to the door for them to bring it out. Like you caught them by surprise by ordering food in the drive thru. It’s so strange.

The location will make it not get any business and eventually close like who thought to put a Zaxbys right here and the customer service man you better be craving Zaxbys real bad it’s so horrible

ordered two funnel cakes with caramel sauce - neither came with caramel sauce, making the funnel cakes super dry. i checked the bag for the 2 zaxbys sauce when they handed it to me because i know i had to pay for them, which is already silly when ordering fries to pay for dipping sauce, but of course those weren’t there either. when i kindly asked for them, another employee said “she can pay for it” while the other employee corrected her that i already had and it wasn’t in the bag. bad service, incomplete order.

Stop by to get my kids a Mr Beast box. Both boxes had hot fresh food! Tea was nice and sweet! Employees at the window were friendly.

Terrible experience. I won't be back. No one at the gront counter when I walked in yet three employees on break in the dining room. One unattended child, perhaps 4 or 5 years old, running around the restaurant. Mim was an emplyee on break on her ohone seated in the duning room. Little guy danced, yelled, sat with me, drank my drink. Is this a business or a daycare?

The team here could not get two kids
meals and two adult orders correct. The team also took an exuberant amount of time to get the orders out. Called to get a refund and complain to the manager or owner with no answer. Called corperate to complain and said that since this is a franchisee, the owner will be in touch soon. I think my money is gone.
