I had the BEST experience today at this drive through. Antonio the general manager is who helped me and they had the MOST cleanest kitchen I had ever seen before in a drive through. The employees all seemed happy, like family together working as a team. You just don’t see that anymore. These men rocked and my food was FRESH! 10/10!

This zaxbys is generally pretty consistent and the management staff over all are really respectful and thoughtful. Came in here with a receipt regarding a missing part of my order & they were very understanding in helping me figure out what the issue was.

We visited for lunch and dined in. When we walked in the dining area was stocked and clean. There wasn't a wait at the counter and we were greeted by Antonio. He was one of those people that you remember and is a huge asset to this team and restaraunt. That whole attitude of kindness and customer service is a rare thing to see but he nailed it. Food was really good too. I had the fried Cobb Salad and some really fresh cookies with my kids. They enjoyed their kiddie finger...
