Dose this look fresh to you, nasty my wings had feather in them tea was warm with little ice for a LG I called management told me I was the first to call today as if that matters I paid for my food $16 didn't want to go back traveling no time .Ashton mgt claims food was made fresh that is I lie ,look at it !! Never again

It was an hour to closing & maybe that's why food seem rush fries were extremely hard and chicken fried a little too hard as well. I do thank the front staff they were friendly and apologetic for the long wait, which after I arrived home and me & the grands couldn't enjoy the food..... we like eating here but wasting $ for food that's not edible doesn't feel good, especially with the grands and trying to find something quick to cook up cause it was too late to come back out. Hopefully next time our meal will be like it usually is fresh and fried nicely

There is so much fantasy in the company and good out comes to the business to grow Zaxby seems to be the actritive place to be mention in over restaurants in the food and services to industries I have a great potential for acknowledged the tpye of service consumers are receiving.

Had to wait for my...I just order a chicken sandwich meal and the behind got their order where I had to wait more than approximately 10 mins or longer....this was not a busy night in drive thru ...me another car was waiting...we were the first two cars

The woman at the window who was taking orders was wonderful and very friendly when we went through at around 5 PM today, 09/25/24. She was patient and helpful, and everything was fast and very hot and fresh. We love this location!

This is sad an I’m filing a complaint with the BBB. This is false advertisement. The company does not advertise these new chicken finger tacos like this. So sloppily made and chicken is over cooked! I cannot believe I paid $11 for this trash. I threw it away

This place was slippery as and wet as lake Pontchartrain! I mean leaks everywhere from the soda/ice machine up to the ceiling drip dropping all down.. The male cashier acted as if he was clueless about the menu and prices and the manager was a bit rude. I had 3 orders and one was with coleslaw and it tasted old as if it was not properly refrigerated... smh, the food was hot but hmmm seemed to have no seasoning..I always tell people, don't let what I post or my encounter ruin your vibe because it may be totally different, you must be the judge.
