I like Zaxby’s. Being that I’m from NJ, and we have none up there ? , I like when I have the time to stop by and get a bite to eat , as I try not to indulge in the fast food too much for health reasons.This particular location is a good , from my personal experiences. Just recently had the house ‘zalad’ ? and everything was fresh! Yum Yum! There’s only one experience I had where the fries weren’t fresh for one of my kid’s orders (but they made it right once I requested it)Customer service has always been good in my opinion ???

9:20pm. The lady who took my order in drive thru is rude and unprofessional. I gave her my order, BUFFALO WINGS, traditional, tongue torch(how I usually order it with no problem ) . She gave an attitude and responded “I thought you wanted buffalo?!?!” Zaxbys please hire someone that knows the menu.

I paid for a buffalo wings combo and when I got home I saw that they gave me some Nuggets. It bothered me because I paid the price of the wings that are more expensive, I couldn't even enjoy my dinner anymore.

Food was not freshly cooked despite coming close to opening hours. Chicken tasted warmed over and cookies were extremely hard. Multiple visits and the same each time.
Service was great but I just didn't like the new SW salad. At all. I got it without the sauce but it was still sweet.I left and went home to eat supper. I've loved their salad in the past.
