Remember guys just as much as you all want to be petty us/we as customers can be petty as well. Customer service of course is trash, everything about this location is trash from the time you walk through the door until the time you leave. I don't understand how these businesses are still running with them kids in there.

Zaxbys was great! We had to feed the entire football team and they went above and beyond to help! Best meal the team has had! They were fighting over leftovers! Great job!

WORST Zaxbys I’ve EVER visited!! The manager Patrice/patricia whatever her name is the RUDEST person for NO REASON! Apparently she’s a bully because other managers tolerate her stink attitude and sarcasm “corporate won’t do anything”! Countdown your days because employees here match her energy as well! Nobody cares! The service & food quality is subpar! I will NEVER SPEND MY hard earned money at this place! Just close it down! I tried the drive through and encountered that manager who also claimed she was the owner!! I didn’t even complete my purchase she was so nasty with her tone & delivery!!! How you hate your job so much go find a better one! Corporate or the TRUE owner of this location needs to go undercover and expose this whole location and especially that RUDE MANAGER!! I feel bad for the employees there that actually care & enjoy there job except for when she’s working😤😤

The guy was super rude. With so many places to eat and prices these days, it was shocking! Chicken was tough and seemed old. Soda was out so just soda water. It was my first time and likely my last. I hate giving restaurants bad reviews and if the food had just been eh, then i would have walked away and maybe tried again, but there is NO excuse for being rude. This crazy man thinks my 70 year old mother poured something in some drain? They only have sweet tea out even though we ordered unsweetened and she is diabetic and then were rude when she asked for the correct one. Do yourself a favor and save your money!

no joke i waited 15 minutes just to get my pickup and i got so bored that i went to get it inside and realized that they didn't know that i had a pickup order but the food was good the wait it felt like a eternity so i'm gonna take off a star because of the wait but its a zaxbys you can never go wrong with the food thats my opinion

Take out food was good and was served hot.
The price was just right.
