I frequent this place nearly daily and each time I come the staff is amazing. It genuinely feels like I'm apart of the crew a. Times. I get my food quick most of the time as well and it's almost always delicious. Plus I think this is the healthiest restaurant in the area to be honest.
But I will say not everything is perfect, sometimes the drinks from the drink dispenser tastes funny and I may get some stale fries but these are a rare occasion.
If you come to eat here I promise you wont regret it.

I love coming here as the order is always accurate. And fast
The person at the drive thru forgot to give me my drink. He asked what my drink was. My reply was a sprite with lite ice. He makes the drink with sprite all outside the cup. So I wipe it off. I get done with my drink fairly quick. I open the lid, what do you know...full of ice. I'm slowly winging myself off fast food places. I just told him and it was loud and clear enough for him to understand. It's sickening! I wish I could input the picture.

Great food , just took overly long and the soda tasted fake like it was plastic or something, they took abt 20 minutes for this whole service and that’s crazy. Should of taken them maybe 5-10 very upset won’t be coming again if I get treated with this service

This is the best restaurant in Greensboro, food is always hot and fresh and they have the greatest customer service in NC and the gentleman Mr Joe can work for our company anytime.

This used to be my favorite Zaxby’s location — but not anymore. The quality and service have really gone downhill, and I no longer feel like I’m getting my money’s worth.
The location is convenient, so I visit often, but the customer service has been almost non-existent lately, and my order has been wrong nearly every single time. Today, I ordered a large fry with extra seasoning — it wasn’t. Last week, I ordered a salad, and the container was nearly empty with no Asian coleslaw or lettuce.
What is going on at this location? It’s disappointing to see such a big decline in what used to be one of the best spots around.

Dale is amazing. 10/10. My aunt comes here almost twice a week because she has me, my sister, and her kids and in total it’s about 8 people eating. So we get the Zack pack meal and they always make our experience easy and sweet. Never had any issues. Dale is such an amazing manager ! Best Zaxby’s by far
