Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Perfect amount of sauce on the wings. Usually they do too little at every other Zaxbys. This is how zaxbys was intended. Grew up in Athens where it was founded and I’ve been eating here for years. Great service too.

My last experience was good but other then those the girls at cashier don't know how to be professional.Who laughs while handing them their recipt and food she made my experience feel awkward,I went back and they did it again,now it's purposely.Ill up load dash cam video soon.

The lady at the drive through window was very rude. Came back several months later and some of my food was left out of the bag. Manager completely unapologetic. I hate this place. Too bad there isn’t another one close by. Rest of my food got cold while I had to wait for them to cook more. Wouldn’t have been so bad if someone could have at least apologized.

My son loves this place. Nothing but chicken. Of course! The salads are ok to me, but not worth the price. We both agree on those delicious cheddar bites though (& I have been wanting them)! I've been sick & had a coupon so Uber eats it is!! I ordered Zaxby's instead of a Chicken Philly sub because of the damn cheddar cheese bites.... along with a Zax snack with cherry Fanta light ice (very few still have this, it's usually just coke free-style machines) grilled house salad. I don't know if it was the store or the driver, but my cheese bites didn't come. So they refunded the $4 for the half price item. Next time it's cookout, they're further away but the cheese bites will hold up just fine. The grilled chicken salad is not as good as the fried. Not tasty or juicy, kinda bland. And my caffeine free cherry was water down even though it was no ice. My 7 year old's meal wasn't too bad though, for a positive. The salad LOOKED amazing. Other than the chicken of tasted great too. Still spent $20 for he & I to eat with 60% off & free delivery.

The drummetts were so good. The only problem was I got barbeque and they were a little messy I wasn't giving any hand wipes at drive through and not the sauce that I asked for

The service was horrible. The cashier was so rude and the girl taking orders at the drive thru didn't know how to scan my reward code. The cashier at the window was upset with me for asking her to scan it for my reward. Once I got my drink, she all but threw it at me and thankfully I had both hands free otherwise I would have had it all over me and my car.
I won't go back to this location.

I placed a mobile order on the way to the restaurant last night and the store calls once I'm in the drive thru to tell me they don't have any salad. What? A good portion of your menu and sales are salads. How do you run out? I think they're just prone to not wanting to work in their last hour open as I've had issues in the past with this location. Don't waste your time or gas going here, which is exactly what this store does to me.

Such an organized and clean location! The staff is still welcoming and friendly even when the drive through line has stacked up. They do a great job of communicating as a team and working together. As always the wings and things is a staple and that Texas toast never fails ? Well done guys!

Fried Zensation salad came with not one but two citrus vinaigrette dressing. Bomb.come the egg roll that was included With the salad tasted great. I could tell it wasn’t freshly dropped, seems it had been sitting for a few mins but the flavor profile of the egg roll was great! I also purchased the Strawberry lemonade frozen drink. NICE!

Drive through customer service was terrible for startes I asked for a ranch I was charged .25$ she got she got upset over paying with pennys gave me the ranch for free an gave me a unflavored soda kinda sucks but it’s how you treated when you spend your money with company’s who hire enoloyees who have no work ethic
