(Drive thru order ) Customer service and good food quality are hard to come by these days . So I appreciate when I receive good customer service the young lady who took my order did an amazing job she is very polite professional asked questions to make sure my order was accurate.. She even reads the order back to you . When I got to the window she asked me how my day was going like WOW such a nice feeling!.She also didn’t make me feel rushed ! She NEEDS a raise l❤️ . You can tell the food is made fresh still hot when I got home .

Placed an online order to pick up today, got my drinks and was told to pull up for the rest of my order. Waited 15 minutes before I got back in the drive through line and waited another 10 minutes to get my order. Drive through girl gave no apology! Don’t order online from there!

Never ever coming here again, this has been the last mistake in a long line of mistakes. It never fails that whenever I go to this location there is always SOMETHING wrong with my order. From no extra sauce despite the fact that I was charged for it to bone in wings when I asked for boneless and my receipt says boneless!! Staff is friendly but completely incompetent .

I asked for a piece of chicken on texas toast with bacon and cheese no special sauce or anything else.I got the chicken and bacon and cheese but on a bun with special sauce and pickles. The fries were so salty I had to wipe off the salt with a napkin. My cheese bites tasted like they had been cooked up and had been sitting for a while. The freestyle machine was making a god awful noise for almost the duration of our visit. My wife was displeased with the fries. I never write reviews but I paid $15. Terrible.

They did not have our second drink upon pickup. Paid for 2 sauces, 1 for each tray. None were in the bag. Only received 1 sauce after asking for some. Worker seemed disinterested/ annoyed by making things right.

Place my order online picked up through the drive-through really wishing I would’ve checked it ordered 20 boneless wings with sauce and there’s like no sauce on any of my wings. They’re so dry. Absolutely horrible and I live to far away to go back and have it corrected will not be stopping at this location again. Ima one and done kinda person.

The only Zazby's I will go to for my Zensation Zalad!! Eggrolls ALWAYS ON POINT! Better than the Asian restaurant Phoenix behind them!!

I ordered the signature sandwich. Three cars in line. Each car took a long time to get there food.

After waiting she asked me to move forward. After 15 minutes I put car in reverse and it still wasn't ready. After a few minutes she asked me to move forward again.

I had to leave. I will never go to Zaxby's again.

Zaxby’s never fails to ruin my food! From over salting my Grilled Cheese to overloading my chicken sandwich with Zaxby sauce. Not to mention how rude the employees are. ?
