Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The last two times I placed a mobile curbside order, I had to go inside to pick up my order because they never brought it out to me. Both times my order was ready and sitting in the online pickup shelf. When I asked about my curbside order, I was told they forgot.

How about this for a change. Don’t offer curbside carry out if you’re never going to bring the food out to the vehicle. Total waste of time and very frustrating for customers.

Very slow and inattentive service. Waiting either in line or in the drive through much longer than any other restaurant or other Zaxby’s locations. Don’t go if you’re in a hurry or want something relatively quick for fast food.

Manager here very unprofessional asked my 17 year old daughter did they have an issue with her or dislike her. Also told my child to stay away from other employees like she a school teacher. Also said my daughter was suspended for invalid reasons but later fired her instead of being upfront!!! Messy atmosphere and the people in here all date each other disgusting someone from corporate reach out ton me!!! Thanks

yall are so sorry it hurts me, i once went inside and left immediately the strong stench of weed and there was a huge puddle of mop water and cleaning supplies right at the door, but this isnt the worst this time i came the cashier put 3 medium drinks in a tray with the maximum capacity of 2 and one spilled outside the car and the other on the inside she apologized but didnt offer any napkins and in the parking lot there was a piece of bread just sittting there. overall just terrible.

Came in tonight to grab a bite before a halloween show and the fries were hot and crispy. The bread was toasty and buttery, and the cashier spelled my name right without me saying the spelling. Thoroughly impressed. Thanks for making my night.

This is my regular zaxbys, not only is it clean. But I give the employees here kindness in my greeting, and in true southern passion, I get kindness in return.

If I could give them a zero, then I would, this is the worst Zaxby’s I have ever been to where do I even begin they charge my car twice. The fries were cold and hard. The toast was cold and hard. The chicken didn’t even taste like a Zaxby’s chicken tenders
The sweet tea I ordered it was so old you could tell that it had been sitting for a long period of time I used to work in the food service and sweet tea should never sit longer than four hours before being brewed again you can tell that this sweet tea has set for at least Eight hours. It was so spoiled and old. It was horrible. Everything was bad especially for them charging my car twice, and having an attitude with me for disrespecting me and not wanting to fix my order.

Ridiculous

Let me tell you a story about a man who wanted the world, and it was handed to him upon a plater made of cardboard.

My lust for Lemon pepper chicken was unquenchable, and I had fear in my heart that I would have to settle for a mere scraps, leaving me wanting more. Always more. Never enough.

Today, I have found my limit in the form of the Zax pack. Twenty (yes twenty!) fingers of golden perfection coated in that delicious lemon pepper nestled in warm cubbies. Flanked by a Lords ransom of toast and a knights helping of Potatoes, there if enough food in this thing to feed a small village.

Do I regret eating this much chicken? I probably should, but my shame is buried under a mountain of lemon pepper coated chicken fingers.

Thank you to the wonderful staff for the amazing speed in which they were able to put this thing together to feed my gluttony.

I went there today August 5, 2025 at 1:20pm the guy said they only take cash and they also don't do take orders in drive tru. he talk in a bad RUDEWAY!! WE ARE NOT GOING BACK
