Does anyone know the name of the owner of this Zaxby’s? My husband and I were just cursed out by an employee name Ayana just for buying cookies for our children. We tried to speak with the manager, her name is Kat. But, she was no help at all. She told us she was not able to give us any contact information.

I waited to order for at least 5 minutes and when somebody did say something they acted as if they were waiting on me . I asked for three nibblers with a sprite light ice. The bread for my nibblers was rock hard and burnt black . The bread was inedible. They must’ve been trying to be funny. My sprite was not light ice at all. When I called the person that answered didnt even have the decency to apologize. Rude , inefficient, slow, and distasteful. I will NEVER go back to this zaxbys based off the service alone. If you like burnt, rock hard bread and bad service then go for it 🤷🏽♀️

Got the 10 piece wings, so skimpy. I worked at Zaxby's years ago. When wings would come in this skimpy we would always make sure to include a couple extra to make up for it as they have no control over the size. Zaxby's changes $13.49 for this. Zaxby's C,Mon you guys, hire some good people. Also whatever happened to the celery sticks included with the wings. Celery is such a cheap item..

The employee handed me my food in the drive through today with a dirty green outside sweatshirt and cloth gloves… that has to be against food safety and hand hygiene standards.

I ordered a salad and the salad had black rock like particles in it. Completely disappointing. The manager was very nice and attentive to apologize for the inconvenience and went on to explain that it was probably particles from the grill. The first person who answered the phone to my complaint before speaking with the manager apologized and asked me was I sure it wasn’t a hard piece of lettuce or something. I almost told her about herself. 😒
Also the salads are skimp now. You barely get cheese cucumbers or tomatoes. But you get rocks. ROCKS

The inside is always clean and presentable as well as the outside. The staffs always seems ready to help and to be lively. We usually come to get ice and food. The tacos are my favorite.
All I can say is choose a different Zaxbys after 5. Night crew...smh

Food is good and usually fresh, but customer service is awful. I am constantly up charged for items or charged the wrong amount for compost. It’s weird. Like I ordered a traditional wing combo and was charged for wings and things. I asked for a large cup of ice water and was charged $3.25 for a large drink. I don’t know if there needs to be more training or what but this is really frustrating.
